I'll save my detailed review for my specific agent, Veronica Jaster, but working with this team on both buying and selling has been pretty great. They are sharp, on the ball, know the trends, and more importantly are able to navigate the insanity of the 2021 housing market.

I cannot recommend the Koehler Bortnick team, especially Sandy McCray, enough! Sandy came into my family's life 7 years ago when we were looking for our first home here in KC. Kathy Koehler was very helpful in helping me do upgrades with suggestions that increased the value significantly. She also used all of the tools offered by KBT that allowed buyers to preview the home online which shortened the closing time. Her staff was very knowledgeable and followed through with timely information during the listing and sales process that simplified and expedited all of our questions and made this a very happy event.
