Mike went above and beyond to help sell my house. To begin with, he came over so we could walk through the house for some objective suggestions on improvements. When complete many pictures were taken, posted and the open house was scheduled. By the end of the first day of the open house there were not one or two but three excellent offers. Long story short we proposed a one time best offer to each of the prospective buyers. So the house not only pretty much sold on the first day but sold for above asking price. This was amazing!!!

Mike Kohl helped my husband and me sell our condo July 2016. Mike went above and beyond our expectations. This was the first time we sold a home and Mike made everything as smooth and painless as possible. Through no fault of our own (or Mike's) our condo fell out of escrow twice before it was sold on the third try. Mike was great during that trying process - as newbies, we needed some "hand-holding". I recently purchased my first home and Mike made it a very easy and rewarding experience. I know the general area that I wanted to buy a house and Mike did the rest. Let me start by staying that I have been done wrong by several Realtors in the past and was not looking forward to my next home selling and buying experience. I was convinced that all Realtors were only out for the sale regardless what was in YOUR best interests. Mike has 100% turned by thoughts around. Mike IS Huntington Beach. He knows every neighborhood for its goods and bads, and worked with me and my wife to find us the perfect home for us. His knowledge helped us not make the mistakes we would have made with a less honest Realtor. He could have got us a quick buy and made his money and went
