This review is not personal, it is 100% business and should be taken as such. The lady at the front desk was awesome, no complaints. However, Dr. Bustillo was nice but her dental practices were HORRIBLE. When I sat down in the chair, I noticed the office was not clean. She doubled booked and had another gentlemen that came to correct a dental mishap. The only service I was having that day was a basic cleaning. I LIE to you NOT! She cleaned her dental instruments on my dental bib. It was very unprofessional and disgusting.

This concerns the third appointment in a sequence that has not yet completed. Dr. Bustillo first identified a problem tooth and referred me to Dr. Okehie for a possible root canal. Dr. Okehie confirmed the problem tooth and found an adjacent tooth which had the same problem (pulp necrosis). Dr. Okehie did a root canal on each tooth. I then returned to Dr. Bustillo for the third appointment so she could replace Dr. Okehie's temporary fillings with durable permanent fillings. This she did very quickly with no fuss and bother. I will have two future appointments with Dr. Bustillo so she can do all

I have been going to them for over 20 years. There customer service has consistently gone down and their billing is questionable which is leading me to suspect fraud. I will be investigating further and filing a complaint. I read and remember and am by no means stupid which is how I caught it. I walked out and will follow up to save others!

Summary: Appointment process was very disappointing. I didn't make it into the office. Declined me for being late but took in the next person who was 30 mins late.
I arrived 10 minutes late which is terrible, I know, but, in all fairness I was trying to get into the wrong door for a good 5 minutes and going up the stairs looking for a door that would open.
I approached the building and was met by a sign that said "Greenbelt Smiles LLC B" Suite B! It wasn't until I called they told me it's A. Uh then why are there 2 signs? To make a confusing story short I spent my time

I just started going to this dental office in 2016. Dr. Bustillo has a lovely office and communicates very well. She made sure that I understood ever step that she was preforming. I love the office staff and the updated equipment. I did wish that she would open up a little earlier than 8am or closed later on some week days or even open on the weekend to make it convenient for dental visits out of my working hours. All in all I am very pleased.
