I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star but I had no choice.
I used to work at Optimal & I was let go because they hadn’t come to a conclusion with how they wanted the position done. Yet, I went in for an interview for something completely different & they OFFERED me this position! Then they gave me the whole sob story about “it’s not your fault”, & “you did nothing wrong”. They also told me i could file unemployment after & when I did they denied me and said I quit! I would never recommend working at this place. Only a handful of employees weren’t completely inconsiderate

I scheduled an appointment for Labor Day because it was an available date on their website. Other appointments were also booked by other customers on this day. However, when I show up to the office, it’s obviously closed - the business forgot to remove Labor Day as a date available for appointments, which heavily inconveniences myself and others who were expecting appointments on this day. Now I have to reschedule for a later date, and this appointment is crucial for work - incredibly frustrating.

I went to OHC in Maryland to get a copy of my fingerprints so I could send them to Indiana for my medical license. I told them that was what I was there for. They charged my $40 and put my fingerprints in for a Maryland background check. I did not need a Maryland background check. I needed a copy of my fingerprints to send to Indiana which is what I told them. When I called back to get an actual copy of my fingerprints, they said I had to pay an additional $27.

Do not go here if you need fingerprints done with actual ink on a card. The guy messed mine up, I went back to have them re-done and he was rude about it. After arguing with him, he agreed to re-do them..and he messed them up AGAIN. I also noticed his certification hung on the wall was months past expired. For the love of god, hire a more competent employee. Maybe you’ll get better reviews then.
