Sought care at a hospital following a workplace injury “workmans comp” and the bill ended up getting to me about three days before being due on the 20th with the note “your insurance has been billed. The balance shown is your responsibility.” The bill showed up at my old recorded address.
Obviously they never followed up with my employers insurance nor took any time to speak with the orthopedic or his office otherwise they would’ve had an updated address so I wouldn’t have to try and solve this the week before Christmas and wouldn’t have charged me in the first place because they

We recently received a hospital bed from Americle. It was delivered and set up by Andre and Derrick. Both techs were polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with my many questions and concerns., They were both very pleasant . i intend to use this company again as the need arises.

Americle Health Care was a wonderful business to deal with - not only did they have a high amount of equipment on site but the employees were very personable and professional as well as very knowledgeable about their equipment. I would recommend them highly and would use them again.

The Rep on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I feel like nowadays any place you call in the medical field is often unpleasant. I work in healthcare myself and I called them trying to get information on supplies for a medicare patient of mine and the fella on the phone was able to give me coverage details and requirements and all very quickly. Very impressed!

I found this company as I had a only wheelchair that needed refurbishing just to make sure if needed it was in great working order. There were a few hiccups here or there but during this time they were expanding to a larger facility but everything was done in a reasonable time frame.
The staff I dealt with where really great and I felt truly cared about the customers needs. I am very happy I chose Americle to assist with my wheelchair repair need and would use them in the future again.

This company is the worst. My doctor gave me a brace and told me my insurance co would pay for it. Well the insurance company did not pay for it I recieved a bill from Americle for 650.00 for this brace. I retuned the brace to my doctor and he called Americle and spoke to a representative from the company and was told that I did not have to pay and to keep the brace and do no not worry about the bill. A month later recieved another bill and had my doctor call Americle again and was told not to worry about the bill And I did not have to pay. Well I just received another bill with the amount owed
