Jimmy, the driver, was not only courteous, knowledgable, he was right on time as scheduled! The day was long for him, the Dr's appointment was so important for husband to be there on time. The Dr's procedure was lengthy in time. Jimmy was right there to pick husband up and return him home. It was a very long day for him.

Very gentle care for my father who is quite fail. Answered call quickly and provide wheelchair transportation providing the equipment needed. Fast, courteous, friendly and competent service. Would use again without s second thought. And will do so if services are needed again. A+ service and pricing exceptional ($60.00) considering it saved my father multiple painful transfers from wheelchair to car, car to wheelchair, car to house and wheelchair to bed. He also was very weak from a week long hospital stay and the multiple transfers would have been tasking on his body as well as ours. Don't hesitate

Talk about a great company. I have nothing but high praise for them. They are friendly courteous and just a pleasure to work with. They treat you with respect and if there's a mistake they are happy to fix it. Being in a wheelchair part time is not fun. Trying to get from point a to point B can point B can be a hassle. B and B takes the hassle out out of that traveling time 2 appointments. A great company and I will use them for as long as I am in a wheelchair. Thank you B and B for getting me to my dialysis appointment on time. Thank you so much you guys are great

Worst experience of my life! They sent the most awful dirty van for transport after surgery -- we were looking for a soft, comfortable ride and instead it was a very bumpy ride with an unprofessional driver. She had ear buds in while she was driving, etc. The pictures on their web site were nothing like the van that showed up. I do NOT recommend this service! I asked for my money back and they said, no way!

I can say with absolute certainty and this transport company is by far the most reliable, honest, caring company in Tucson. I can't count how many times patient's were stranded by other companies that have been contracted by health insurances (including Veyo, Sun Van, Medstar and all the rest) for hours on end. B&B ALWAYS comes to the rescue. I will never use a different company for our personal needs other than B&B because they have been the only company that has demonstrated the reliability and care that all patient's should expect. This company is very unprofessional and they literally refuse to listen to me when I refused the service. I feel unsafe knowing that they have my address they come to pick up in unmarked vehicles. and they don't respect what the customer informs them. I asked the woman to quit yelling but did she listen?.... no! I would say B&B transport is similar to a school bully....They try to find out who we decided to use transportation with and when I wouldn't tell her she refused to leave my house untill my actual transport company arrived then B&B Finally decided to leave. Great little company, easy to schedule appointment, fees up front were clear. Driver, Patty, was on time and couldn't have been nicer. She waited while procedure was completed. Door to door, great service. One small ding: we got caught in a rare spring Tucson rain squall, car needed new wiper blades. Otherwise great job, very friendly and professional.

DANGEROUS SERVICE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - The driver was going 80 MPH and using her cell phone while driving, DRIVING WITH HEADPHONES IN, and taking taking personal calls over the two hour trip. I was transporting a 15 year old child (my sister) who had just had a full spinal fusion surgery from Phoenix Children's Hospital to our home in Tucson. Dispatch sent the wrong vehicle (without a lift) and we had to physically hoist the gurney with the child on it into the vehicle by hand. The driver said dispatch told her the child could do stairs. Absolutely not, when your child has a spinal fusion

Excellent service for handicapped person! I arrived TUS International Airport at midnight with luggage and a scooter. The driver was on time, he was very helpful and courteous. The company confirmed the trip the day before, which put me at ease. I will definitely will hire the company back for my transportation needs. Excellent with my scooter too.

Absolutely terrible service! My 90 year old mother was scheduled for an eye appointment for a month and I booked this service 4 days prior and confirmed 3 times! They did not show up and when I called they claimed to have issues at the airport. I am beyond angry! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

We needed transportation from the hospital to a inpatient acute rehabilitation unit. This is the business that was selected.
Gary and Ron showed up exactly on time and were very respectful upon arrival. They explained what would happen and made sure those not riding with knew where to go. During the ride they made sure to drive as gently as possible and made sure the temperature was good. Upon delivery to the facility they again were extremely careful and absolutely amazing. They didn't make us feel like we were just a job, they truly seemed genuine.

The one that you talk to when calling them, a man by the name of "bill", can be very rude and incredibly unprofessional when speaking to him sometimes. Some of the drivers also do not appear to show up on time and look and act as though they just rolled out of bed. To get from A to B I suppose it is sufficient, but I would not recommend this service to a friend unless it were the very last option.

I used B & B transportation for my dad during his dialysis treatments. I can not say enough about this company & the people that work there. My father was always treated with respect & dignity they were always on time and extremely courteous. Bill the owner was great at explaining how everything worked with the transport co. This was an extremely difficult time for me & my dad and it was nice about not having to worry about transportation. They are wonderful & I highly recommend them!

I have found them to be reasonably reliable. They show up on time 90% of the time which great for the industry. They also have enough cars/vans to take short notice appts. without crying about it like the one car companies that pretend they are an actual company. I have found them to be a pretty good company to use.
