Services
Adobe Transportation has been in the 15 passenger van shuttle and rental business since 2002. Adobe has grown significantly in the last 13 years; what began as a 3 van company serving the Tucson area has grown to 14 vans. We now serve the Phoenix, Tucson, Sierra Vista, Douglas, Nogales, AZ and Nogales, MX areas to all points in Sonora and throughout Mexico.
No fees for baggage assistance or airport waiting time. A greeter will meet you at baggage claim, help with luggage and our vehicle will be waiting at the curb. We offer contracting services to companies who wish to contract out their transportation including shuttle services, hotel transportation, schools, cross border businesses and more.
Paul had the van delivered to us at a convenient location and made the whole process a pleasant experience. I cannot imagine why anyone would rent a van from any other company. Paul and the Adobe Transportation employees also show considerable patience in working with us as our dates changed. We plan to return later this year to rent another van from Adobe Transportation for two weeks.

Adobe van rental went out of there way to assist myself and my friends who were in town for a funeral of a great friend. Adobe van brought the van to me at my hotel and then picked up when I was finished with it. If it wasn’t for the cooperation of Adobe Van Rental and their outstanding service Neither I or my friends would have been able to attend the services. I thank you for your outstanding service.

Great service! We had a same day request for van service and Adobe Transportation came through with flying colors. Paul Kaufman is terrific to work with. Our firm has used Adobe in the past (pre-Covid-19) for the same event and I chose them for this year's event because they were so Johnny-on-the-Spot with assistance! Cary was great to work with. She listened to my needs, made suggestions and set me up with the appropriate vehicle. If you need to rent a passenger van larger than an SUV, don't waste your time with Enterprise, Hertz, Budget, or Dollar Rental... they advertise these vehicles, but never have them available. Adobe Transportation is also locally owned and I always do my best to support local businesses.

I have rented from Paul for many years now and always been very satisfied with the condition of the van, including safety and cleanliness. I travel mostly to Mexico and NEVER have worried about breaking down as I am confident the vans are in excellent condition. We also do our best to keep them that way. I appreciate their service!!!

I would highly recommend Adobe Transportation for van shuttle service. Arranging a ride for a group of UofA students was hassle-free. Paul (the owner) was easy to contact, offered good rates, and followed up on every detail. The driver and overall service on the day of the event were also great. Exactly what I was looking for!!

I’ve been working with Paul for a little over a month His team has gone Above and beyond getting our clients from the airport to the Sasabe Border. This is the A1 operation Paul has. CARF International has worked with Paul, and Adobe Transportation for years now and we have always been very satisfied with the service. We utilize the vans three days per month, and we have never had an issue. Paul and his team are always helpful, courteous, and reliable. This is one of the fewer van rental businesses easily available by internet search. The van was clean and they were punctual and quick when I went down to pick it up. The service overall was ok.
My only gripes were that they are very disorganized. I had to repeatedly give them my credit card number via voicemail, phone, and finally email after one encounter of "written it down and lost it".
The ultimate frustration point for me is after specifically telling them to charge one card and not another reservation card, they charged the wrong card.

Can't imagine anything they could've done better. They have a modern fleet, are very reasonably priced, were able to accommodate my schedule needs, and made the process very fast. I was very fretful about the whole process of having to rent a 15-passenger, but Adobe was absolutely terrific.
I grew up in a small town where the phrase "small, locally-owned" wasn't in circulation because everything was small and locally owned. Business owners treated you with the golden rule, and double-crossing a customer was unheard of. Adobe abides by the principle that good business

My Fiancee and I were planning a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip down to San Carlos Mexico with 30 of our friends. We really wanted to rent 15 passenger vans so we could all ride together. Adobe Transportation was the only service in the area to provide mexico insurance and allow us to take the vans into Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the planning very easy.
