It's hard to review flowers that never sent (apparently the order was never taken, which I called as did my sister; more on that later) but it's even harder when the owner is so vulgar and demeaning. I get the impression she a) can't be bothered with her customers and b) doesn't know how to run the business very well. Maybe she just hates dealing with people, I don't know, but I've never come across someone so MEAN when trying to give them my money! I thought perhaps it was me, but my sister was met with the same angry indifference AND THEN we were told it was all

First time I've used this florist but definitely won't be the last. My 92 year old aunt is in the hospital and they made her the most beautiful arrangement that surpassed my expectations. My aunt cheered right up and continually tells me how beautiful they are and how they have picked her spirits up!

This place is awesome!!
Last week I received a delivery from them and it was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. Some of the flowers still had fragrance.
This week I needed some flowers to be sent within two hours on a last minute whim. I called and spoke with Debbie and she was very courteous, helpful and put together a flower arrangement for me and had it delivered within two hours. I did not expect that it would be delivered within two hours but she managed to make it happen. I am absolutely happy with the The Flower Cart service and will continue to use them. Thank you Debbie

I didn't get her name but the lady on the phone was incredibly kind and understanding. She was able to quickly get a specific custom order taken care of for me at an inconvenient time. I get a weekly delivery from The Flower Cart and have been for the last 2 months. I have yet to receive an arrangement that I didn't like; In fact, I am impressed each week how beautiful and different each one is. All arrangements last at least a week and really brighten up a room. I highly recommend Jessica and her team at The Flower Cart.

I received a flower delivery today and it was such a beautiful arrangement with fresh flowers. The flowers filled my office with their beautiful fragrance. The vase is a dark wood and has a large green leaf wrapped around and pinned to the front, so creative and stunning! The Flower Cart is top notch.

We are extremely disappointed with the flowers we received from this florist. Our order was placed on from you flowers.com and a deluxe flower bouquet was ordered. What we received was disappointing and terrible. When we called the florist she wouldn't do
Anything to try to make it right and continued to blame it on the online place we ordered it from! Disgusting do not order from here.
Update:
New flowers were delivered the following week. The new bouquet looked beautiful and were what we were expecting in our first delivery. It was explained that the wrong recipe was used. We are thankful

Without a doubt, this will be my go-to flower shop from here on out!
I am new to the state and hadn't had time to research. Using Yelp helped me find The Flower Cart, but when selecting to order online, Yelp pushed me to Bloomnation for the online order (which I didn't realize at the time). Bloomnation collected the $$ and even provided confirmations of the order AND delivery, but failed to push the order to The Flower Cart (TFC)!
Needless to say the flowers did not arrive... ever. Now, more than 2 weeks later I finally get around to calling TFC, and got Jessica.
From here on out
