Guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was purchasing a new attached home and Guy made himself available on short notice to conduct a complete home inspection with radon testing. I myself am handy with respect to construction. I was very impressed with how thorough Guy was in assessing the functionality of structural components, and gas, electric and water systems. Guy is very personable, capable and practical. I recommend him highly.

I had an amazing experience with Homeshield inspection. I am lucky I was able to make an appointment for a home buyer inspection with Guy. He arrived on time at the home, and walked me through the inspection giving me a clear understanding of the condition of the home and when/how some things would need to be updated. Guy went above and beyond to make sure the whole house was inspected fully including the very hard to get to crawl space under the house. His attention to detail was like no other I have seen (and I have owned 2 houses prior) and his reports are very easy to read and contain much detail. We will absolutely work with him again, if needed and also HIGHLY recommend him. Prices are great especially for the value! Definitely call!

Thorough inspection and professional service!
Guy had inspected the house I'm about to purchase. He spent a lot of time in the house and in its surroundings, covered it all. He took the time and provided an explanation for every test/ observation and the possible actions I can take to handle it.
The official detailed report with all the photos taken was available a few hours later.
