I had an excellent experience with Jason. He went above and beyond to explain the entire process before, after, and during my home inspection. He was thorough in his inspection and also the evaluation I received after. I received my report in a more than timely manner. He was patient with any and all questions I had and very professional.
Jason was extremely thorough in his inspection and was quick to reply to our follow up questions once we received the final report. Would definitely recommend Jason to others! Jason was thorough and went through every detail of the large house we bought. He had observations that helped us get comfortable with the issues and be better prepared for the move-in.

Jason was awesome! Scheduled an inspection for us the next day in this competitive market. During the inspection, he walked us through the entire process providing detailed explanation of things we needed to know and provided tips on how to maintain the home in the future. Also, on the day of the inspection, we were notified that part of the home was going to be inaccessible which was concerning to us. Jason offered to come back and complete the inspection of that portion of the home at a later date at no extra charge (luckily this wasn’t needed). Great man. Very highly recommend! Thank you Jason

Jason was unbelievably helpful! He showed up early and had already done a thorough investigation of the exterior of the house (which he then explained to me in detail) when I arrived. We walked through the interior together and he was extremely informative and thorough. He was so patient with me, which as a first time home buyer I appreciated so much. His report included every detail and photos to help us understand everything he saw. We learned so much about our house from the time we spent with Jason. He was professional and friendly and seemed to genuinely love what he does. I will be recommending

Zac was extremely responsive and accommodating. Jason did the inspection for my client. He was transparent, patient, professional and walk them through step by step. Very informative. Positive with a great attitude. Good experience overall. And we got back the inspection report the next day and it was simple, easy to read/understand.
I highly recommend them and will be using only them moving forward for all my other inspections.
