At Union Avenue Compounding Pharmacy, we know that everyone deals with some form of pain from time to time. In fact, pain is the most common symptom people report when seeking medical attention. Often pain is acute and short-lived, such as a headache caused by stress, or a muscle strain caused by a work or sports injury.
Compounding enables prescribers and pharmacists to meet the special needs of patients. One of it's most important benefits is to those patients who have difficulties with commercially available medication. Custom flavoring is available for most oral medication forms, and unique delivery systems may be employed to help give medication to finicky patients.
I went in nervous about a new prescription and I was helped by Kim, the owner, who was incredibly warm and personable. She took the time to talk to me about the prescriptions and walk me through the instructions, she really eased my anxiety, I'll definitely be back! This pharmacy and the staff are absolutely amazing.

My cat needs medication twice daily, this would be absolutely horrible if I had to try giving him a pill. Instead, I have his medication compounded. Thanks to this pharmacy, our daily routine is much easier. The medication may cost a bit more but it is reasonable. Also, if you fill a few months at a time they do discount it. I come over the bridge and pick up his medication but I know they do some shipping as well. They are always really nice and they sell a lot of unique products in their store.

So impressed with Union Compounding Pharmacy! They were able to help us with a complicated compounded prescription ... then when the prescription wasn't called in (our mistake), they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. So grateful for the amazing service and care! Kim and her staff are AMAZING!!!

So blown away with my experience with this pharmacy!! Poor communication, constant issues with my dogs heart medication (mixing issues that never got resolved) total lack of concern over dose amounts. This is a pet that I love and I was show total lack of care and professionalism. Absolutely do not recommend, just do not trust them.
