Only if I could put a negative stars ! Bartells Drugs in Sil Fir in Everett has terrible since it got bought out. Since 2020 the Pharmacy has been over 100 prescription behind & currently they are over 1000 prescription behind, what happens when people need their Meds & take two weeks to fill or you can't get ahold of anyone because no one answers the phone because they are so far behind on top that you can't transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy because they are so behind they can do it. Corporate ask us to patient through this long year, we did but know they are even worst shape than

Seattle hill location is terrible. I have been going to rite aide for years without a problem the new buy out is a joke. No one answers the phones and you wait an hour on line when you get there. Been trying to get my prescriptions transfered but they don't answer the phone when QFC calls. Talked to the pharmacist tonight and she gave me the fax number to try and transfer the prescriptions that way.
She told me things will be getting worse in the next 2 weeks ...

Bartell Drugs was very convenient for my husband and I to shop in during our stay in Seattle.

It is very similar to Rite Aid or Walgreens. The space is very small and the items they have are very minimal but if you are looking for essentials then you'll be ok!

It isn't in the best place so please keep your eyes open and aware!

Wish I could rate them a zero!
I've been a loyal customer for 30 years.
Burien Bartells is a joke! Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I have to go in person, place my prescriptions in person, and then wait for my prescriptions to be filled. Always short staffed, and the keep saying they will "be hiring soon" ....still hasn't happened. All the original pharmacist have left, and I don't blame them. Would NEVER recommend this pharmacy!

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Incredibly disappointed with Rite Aid buyout. Rite Aid already has store near my house this is unkept, never stocked and disgusting and it is clear corporate is pulling Bartell to that level which is incredibly sad to see a local store go downhill. We have had so many issues with the medications they provide we had to pull all of our prescriptions and move them to Walgreens. Heartbreaking.

Five stars for the pharmacy!

I was helped by a pleasant pharmacist last weekend who I now wish I had caught his name because he really did make my day. This was my first time using this pharmacy, just wanted to try something new from CVS. I'm used to grumpy people behind the counter so I expected nothing less at Bartell. My experience was farm from it though, I was greeted straight away and asked how my day was going. He was quick to identify that my insurance was already on the backend and that my prescription would be fully covered. This may sound like typical customer service however my

One of the worst drugs stores in USA. wish i could give these store 0 star.
i took a pcr test recently , the time it got to deliver the result was more than 72 hours. kept calling and they kept blaming their own lab . they coordinated with a lousy lab called pwn health. lucky i was just crossing land border. folks who wanted to get pcr test for flying purpose should avoid this drug store at all cost. by the time they give the pcr test it would be too late. or you end up losing your flight money .

I have been a loyal Bartell’s shopper for the past 30 years, and I have just moved my prescriptions to Safeway and I will start taking care of my photo needs at Walgreens. I was very close to the Bartell’s in MARYSVILLE, but in the past month Has truly gone to hell in a hand basket.
Prescriptions are never ready, or the phone system was down so they couldn’t get their answering machine messages, or they’re really understaffed, or the computer system was down. The photo kiosk is just a disaster.
Well I called my doctors office, she informed me that she had also changed her prescriptions

For a drugstore downtown, it's pretty big and carries quite a variety of things. Great place to pop in and get snacks and alcohol to bring back to your hotel or pick up anything you may have forgotten.

I've spent a about 6 years doing all my pharmacy business with many bartells over the years and never had but an occasional problem so I stayed with bartells, until I moved and had to deal with north Broadway bartells in everett WA. The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Multiplied by 10. Every single time I went to get a prescription or pick up a refill there was a problem. It was so bad that I switched pharmacies and I won't be dealing with bartells ever again.

Please work with the city to get rid of the homeless folks around your store. Especially the ones at the entrance. Otherwise you will certainly lose customers who'd rather shop elsewhere.

As for the store itself, it's a standard pharmacy/general store.

I chose the Bartell's on 2nd and Wall in Seattle because it's right across the street from my Doctors office, so that's super convenient.
I really lucked out though, because of a phamicist who works there, named Dianna. Seattle is under "Stay at Home" orders right now due to the C-19 outbreak. I support social disdancing and I was nervous about having to ride a bus to pick up my medication.
My pharmacist was so kind and went above and beyond to keep me safe. Dianna found a way for me to follow my Doctors orders about meds but also to keep me off the busses for about 90 days, until quarantine

This is a review of their website and delivery service which is handled by instacart. I ordered several things including hand sanitizer yesterday. It gave me the option of paying extra to get it delivered that afternoon. Since it's been impossible to find hand sanitizer anywhere and every other site I visited didn't even give me the option of ordering it because they didn't have it, I figured I'd gotten lucky and found a place that had it.
Turned out it was too good to be true, they delivered everything but the sanitizer. Now I know not to ever order anything from their

It's so convenient to have this little store so close to my hotel. I forgot to pack a few items, as one does on a long vacation. So I checked this place out before my hotel check-in. They practically have an entire aisle of travel goodies and a lot of fresh food to choose from. I would highly recommend stopping by!
The staff were really friendly too, which is a plus after a day of traveling around cranky people!

And when I went back in to pick up the hard copies of my prescriptions so that I can take them to a different pharmacy that can accurately fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, they gave me two back.

I gave them 7 hard copies for three months of prescriptions and they filled 3 of them. Which means I should have been getting 4 hard copies back.

According to them, they filled 5 of 7. Which means either their incompetence led to them straight out losing my hard copies or that they're doing something incredibly dodgy.

Incompetent or dodgy, either way, lost my business.

I am very disappointed with the Bartell ads and the response when the stores run out of a product. I wanted to get some Rose Black Tea using the ad price. The store was out, and so were at least 4 others, so I received a raincheck. Now months later the stores still have not stocked the shelves with the sale item. This is not the first time this has happened with a sale item. Does the corporate policy mention that once a sales product is sold out, do not restock until the customer has been worn out looking to use the raincheck?

I strolled into this convenient store with only 1 thing to get. I came out with a bunch of other items. Since I was here in Seattle And a tourist here, I went to look at some souvenirs. I ended up coming out with a Seattle chocolate bar, 3 Seattle Seahawks mini figs, 2 Seattle Seahawks composition books and folders, small travel size conditioner, and a spandex yoga leggings that had Seahawks colors. The cashier at the register told me they had just gotten an order in and that most likely they will sell out of them. Seems like it's a hot seller with the fans! The cashier was very helpful. How in the hell does this place have 4 stars? HOW.

The place smells like piss, and the floor is super sticky... So I'm going to go ahead and say that people regularly just come in here and piss.

Employees are rude as hell.

They had what I needed which I why they get a star. Oh. And because I have to leave one.

My wife and I passed by this store on the way back to our hotel from downtown while on foot. This store is deceivingly larger on the inside. They have everything! Smaller than a full blown grocery store but larger than a typical drug store.

Their prices for stuff we bought, well below what I expected. I bought a large 1.5L bottle of Dasani and it was under 2 bucks. Some medium sized bags of chips were only a buck fifty each. My wife picked up some other drug store stuff, it was a good deal for what we purchased and a really convenient store to have in a downtown area.
