The sales staff are rude and disrespectful. Talked to them over the phone about a truck they were getting in, I told them I wanted to see it but never said I was going to buy it. When the truck arrived I told them that I found another truck. ( I ordered one 2022 LTZ with different dealer) The sales men stated the the owner had bought it for me and went on a rant! I'm like I never said that I was going to buy it and only want to look at it. Then he started, " lets go Brandon." Trying to make me mad.. OK people. Wow. Was with my friend while car shopping and happened by here and stopped in. Was suggested she get a Jeep by many. East sure she wanted one....until the guy- Chris- told her it was a diesel. So she bought it. Went to fill it and guess what?? Not a diesel. Went in to confront them about this and got nothing but called liars and then threatened!!! Said he'd call the cops if we drove the car. She has already paid over $40,000!!! How this went from a simple mistake by a sales person to blatant lies and threats is beyond me. To top it off when we called the police the sales guy drove away

I purchased my first vehicle with Soto and it was the best experience. He made the whole process easy and quick. I’ve bought a few vehicles in my lifetime and this was, hands down, the easiest no pressure deal ever!!! Soto listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We went in to Mountain West Auto after we saw one of their commercial for a guarantee trade in promo...looking to see what our options for a car, we meet with Soto and he was great, Soto was up front and honest, no B.S. and very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot, he didnt try to rush us, helped us every step of the way to help us find our "dream" car...everyone has a horror story about car salesman the the whole experience...but thanks to Soto ours was easy breezy...walked away with big smiles on our faces and a car we love....so if you want the best experience then SOTO is your man

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!!! These guys are total snakes and lied about everything! They were going to bring the car to me for a test ride, then showed up in a different car because the one I wanted wasn't ready and needed detailing. On the way to the dealer to see the car I wanted, they said it would be ready soon and they would provide a loaner car if I bought it. The driver they sent assured me that if I didn't want it, he would drive me back home. BS! The car was a TOTAL MESS and also needed repairs. I left a review after a month of not having my car, after I had only had it for a couple of weeks. Before my review, I had phone calls in to the receptionist weekly, had two calls (both in the same day) from the service manager after leaving a voicemail saying I was frustrated no one could give me a timeframe. After leaving a review, I received calls from the service manager, customer relations and my salesperson. My roommates and I scratched off an advertisement that claimed that we won $20,000 but when we showed up all we got was a lousy $2 bill. To say they played with our poor college student hearts is an understatement. I'm not sure if this was supposed to be a promo but it had quite the opposite effect on us. We are deeply saddened and still poor. We may never recover from this tragedy. If we could afford a car we would not pursue a purchase here. SCAM. Best regards fellow yelpers.
