Periodic eye and vision examinations are an important part of preventive health care. Many eye and vision problems have no obvious signs or symptoms. As a result, individuals are often unaware that problems exist. Early diagnosis and treatment of eye and vision problems are important for maintaining good vision and eye health, and when possible, preventing vision loss.
Vision screening programs are intended to help identify children or adults who may have undetected vision problems and refer them for further evaluation. However, they can't be relied on to provide the same results as a comprehensive eye and vision examination. Screenings can take many forms. Often schools provide periodic vision screenings for their students.

Poor customer service. This place was recommended to me by a family member. Called to make an appointment for the eye exam, provided all the insurance information and was told that the doctor is in my insurance network.
Two weeks later arrived for my appointment and was told that they do not take my insurance plan. Was ‘kindly’ offered to pay 134 dollars for the exam that would cost me 0 with insurance. Walked out and found a better place same day!

Woodland eye associates utilized many technologies to assess patients eye health. Dr Graham is the best. She not only examined my eyes but also gave a quick health nutrition class. It’s very helpful and educational. My frame associate Shae helped me find the best match per my insurance coverage. She also fixed my old glasses. I would highly recommend this place and would come back again.

This practice is an absolute gem! I've been in the Panther Creek area for years now and started coming to this about 5 years ago. The staff is really friendly and have always gone out of their way to help me. All the doctors are amazing and have always treated my dry eyes effectively. Their glasses and sunglasses selection is really nice and there always seem to be new brands that I have not seen at any other practice. I love how they always have events that bring the patient community together. I showed up one year around Easter and they had an Easter bunny with a photo booth. I was so ecstatic

One star only for the doctor. The front desk and the lady picking frames are AWFUL. All frame has no price tag and way beyond the regular price you can get from other places of the same brand. The women picking frames automatically subtract your insurance allowance so it looks cheaper. The front desk is the worst. They don't explain the fees and coverages. They just give you a total number (which is high because you thought your insurance will cover), and give me a feel that it is your fault that you dont want to pay. Of course I won't.

Dr. Graham is kind, caring, and good. What more could you possibly want or need in a professional that you’re trusting to take care of your eyes? I trust her and my family trusts her; we have been patients for many years. If you’re searching for an optometrist, stop now and make an appointment. You and your family will be in good hands.

My wife recently had an eye appointment here. Due to covid she has been wearing the same 1 month contacts for a year. My wife has a medical condition that prevents her from breathing well with a mask. She wore a mask anyway and nearly passed out in their office. So, she tried to leave her nose exposed. Even though she had to answer a covid symptom questionnaire online and they took her temperature upon her arrival, this wasn't good enough. Even thought everyone in the office is probably vaccinated and wearing one or two masks and goggles or visors they told my wife the doctor would not see her

I had a great experience at the Panther Creek location! They squeezed in an eye appointment for me on Saturday. I visited with Dr. Graham and she was the sweetest and very informative. I also ordered new glasses with Ben, who was extremely patient and nice! Especially because I was still there after hours. Afterwards, I ordered contacts with the women at the front desk and they were so professional and knowledgeable. I had a slip up on the amount of contacts I ordered and they fixed my error right away! My glasses and contacts came in in less than a week! Painless and pleasant experience here!
