My sister and I hired Brian D. Mann to represent our family before the Elmore County Probate Court. He prepared a Petition of Temporary Guardianship for me to assist a relative who was temporarily incapacitated due to alcohol abuse that led to a 10-day stay at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.
