A same day order was placed for a City of Torrance retiree celebration. The employee placing the order asked for the bought to be around $300. When she picked it up, she was charged $324 but shocked at the size and condition of the flowers. Not knowing what to do, brought it back for the celebration. Upon closer examination, there were wilted flowers, greenery that looked like bugs had eaten the leaves AND SILK ORCHIDS mixed with the bouquet!! She called Conroys a d asked how much a dozen of each flower, plus filler would run and was told approximately $175. I am the recipient of those flowers

I placed an order over the phone with a rep named Erin, he told me that once the order is placed I would receive an email so I would be able to track it (EMAIL NEVER RECEIVED) I had my sister pick up the flowers because I live out of state and she sent me a pic. I purchased the Famous Feline arrangement for my mom which the flowers shaped as cat is suppose to sit in a watering can. When my sister picked up the flowers they were ONLY wrapped with the plastic wrap they use for roses/flower you buy at the grocery store!! I called the company at the exact location where the flowers were picked up and

Do not buy flowers from this location. Especially online. Had the nerve to tell me I had to pay extra to get it delivered on a certain day even though I already put that on the order. Over 1 hour on hold for a refund and still nothing.
After 2 and a half hours, I gave up. Phone either ringed and then hung up or sounded busy.
Island Leis & Bouquets was my lifesaver!!! Paid almost the same price as what this "business was charging me and got better flowers instead."
Please don't do business with Conroy's Flowers. There are better alternatives.
I'm done with this place.

First time ordering from them and will never order from them again. I placed an order of bouquets and chose Conroy's since they did same day delivery. However, the bouquet was not at all like it was pictured on their website. I ordered a Large Rose Lover's Bouquet, which they advertise as arriving "in a pink, textured glass vase" (it was delivered in a clear, cheap looking vase) and an "18 stem arrangement" (ours only had 12 roses). Honestly, I understand they were busy for Valentine's Day, but the fact that I paid $35 extra for both same day delivery and a Large bouquet (around $70 extra in total
