After finding this spot, we ate here thrice in 4 days. The service was super fast with our orders ready in less than 5 mins each time. I ordered a Wet Burrito and chicken quesadilla. The wet burrito was so delicious and huge served with generous amount of tangy, spicy sauce. The quesadilla had a good quantity of seasoned chicken. I would love to be back and try all the items in the menu :)

This is our favorite food truck in this part of the city. Friendly people, consistently AWESOME food, great prices. My husband can eat their chilaquiles and the wet burrito with habanero salsa every day if he could! I always get their chicken tacos and sometimes veg tacos. What can I say? 5 stars all the way!

Amazing al pastor with pineapple. Burrito bowl was delicious and filling. Restaurant quality from this food truck. Worker was awesome as well.

I can't get enough of these burritos! This is definitely my go to spot for Mexican food. It always reminds me of home. I've yet to try their breakfast menu or anything else that isn't burritos, because these burritos are just so proper. I also recommend the horchata if you enjoy sugar and cinnamon, probably the best one I've had in my entire life.

Outstanding tacos! We had carne asada and pastor and they were both really good. If you say you want spicy it's no joke fyi. Nice people, great food, can't wait to find them again!

They have prompt service and their chicken Torta sandwich is delicious. The Mexican cola tasted like regular Coke, but no complaints there. Be sure to visit when you're in Kirkland!

Wonderful service and great food! We rented to the truck for our wedding and it was so perfect! The communication before our wedding was great- they are very responsive and helped with all of our questions. The two gentleman making food were very helpful, quick and made absolutely delicious food. All our guests kept talking about how tasty the food was. Thank you for providing such a fun aspect to our special day.

We had Los Chilangos cater our wedding back in 2019 and everything was beyond fabulous!! My husband and I love authentic Mexican food and Los Chilangos pulled out all the stops!
Everything from the customer service, communication, and day of service set up and take down was amazing! These folks are so professional and I cannot say enough positive things about Los Chilangos.
Our wedding guests had such wonderful feedback about the food and were blown away by the authentic flavors and originality. I am so pleased to say my husband and I have nothing but happy memories about this day and the food

Great burrito, “chupa Cabras” (chorizo and carne Asada mixed, I’ve typically seen referred to as campechanos) is a favorite of mine and I was happy they had the option listed on the menu. Burrito is decently big and the service was quick - only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the burrito is 11 dollars before tipping. That’s not too bad but I’ve gotten plenty of comparable burritos for around 8 dollars. I understand prices have to go up though especially with the current state of the world. Still though, value is something that must be considered.

Amazingly fresh veg' tamales with wonderful salsas. And the hibiscus drink? Yum! I will definitely return soon. Lots of meat-free options!

We love this truck. During non-pandemic times we would go to the Edmonds Farmers market once a month during the summer and get the amazing breakfast burrito - chupa cabra. I love Mexican food - but burritos have never been my favorite item. But this breakfast burrito is amazing! Eggs, chorizo, carne asada, black beans, cheese, and pico de giallo. Incredible! I have tried other breakfast burritos from other places and this is the best by a mile. I love that there are no potatoes in it.

Since we could not get our chupa cabra fix this last summer I have gone to the truck a few times in Bellevue

This is authentic, you can taste everything gradients and there's so many different flavors and combinations you can order. The best part is that they have a punchcard and trust me when I say you'll use it up. This is far better than any restaurant Mexican food I've ever tasted.

We hired Los Chilangos to cater our wedding and they did a great job! We had the buffet style taco bar for 200 people. Everyone loved the food-especially the salad!

I had a carne asada burrito, and it was OKAY. The meat was really good, but everything else just fell flat - the guacamole had too much of a "store bought" taste, the beans and rice were a bit under seasoned, and the lettuce just didn't go well with it in my opinion.

I'll definitely coming back again, though, and try the street tacos or mulitas. I think those would be a better platform.

Favorite food truck in Bellevue. Used to go to their 8th and 140th truck when I was working closer to there. I moved work, and they opened up this truck nearby. Tried a lot of their menu. All of it is really good!!
