ACC did a great job with repairing the rear bumper of my car after it was backed up into by another car. This repair shop was on Geico's recommended list. The shop gave me daily updates, and they completed the job within the estimated time frame. I brought in my C300 due to a rock hitting my front bumper grill and damaging both the grill and my A/C condenser.
ACC did a wonderful job in how fast they got my car fixed as well as making sure I am updated every step of the way. When I got my car everything was working like brand new and even got a free car wash. TLDR; Great Service, would work with them again. Recently had to take my car in due to a car accident that happened in the parking lot.

I do have Geico insurance and this is the one collision center which is categorized as Geico auto express. I have used this place for my vehicles 4 accident collision which was literally smooth. The Geico adjuster will co ordinate with the repair team. They are partnered with enterprise rent a car. Pre and during pandemic I have seen appointment are booked by themselves in timely manner with your rental ready to pickup from the collision center itself. One would never wish to have to visit a collision center but if one is, it better be ACC Auto.
I was referred to two centers in Newark/Fremont and after talking to both, I selected ACC and I am glad I did. The dents were on the side and back side. Everything from understanding the issue, to performing the repairs, to timeline & communication, to working with Geico seamlessly was just perfect.

My car repair took about 3 weeks, which seems a bit long, but I admit I have no comparable knowledge. Parts availability might have been part of it. They sent daily automated text updates on repair status. After getting the car back I noticed the hood (which they had replaced) was not aligned well. I phoned; they had me come in the same day and fixed it on the spot. Overall net positive experience.

I used the service at this ACC Auto Collision Center each time my vehicles need some body works.
I kept going back is the good things for the following reasons:
1. Great and efficient works with low price and on time delivery.
2. Very nice and courteous staffs, especially Andrew and his lovely assistant.
3. Stay in touch with the customers and regularly keep them in the loop for the progress.
4. Convenience for customer with drop-off and getting the rental car at the same time.

Working with Geico, ACC Collision repaired damage from a rear-end collision. The work they did on the car is perfect. I could not have hoped for better. Perfect paint matching, Spray was top notch, smooth as glass. Alignment is perfect. Communication was great and they worked seamlessly with Geico. I hope I never have to have repair done again but if I do I'll go back to ACC.

Had to get some body work done since a random act of keying happened to my vehicle. ACC was immediately available to accept my car. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster to estimate and accept the work quickly. They offered a rental vehicle while I waited, which I wasn't even considering. I was given daily updates on the status of the work and the work was done within the given time! The work looks great and they even fixed body issues that weren't part of the keying. They detailed my vehicle and took proper sanitizing procedure during covid times.

The team did a great job of fixing my Honda CRV. I had a big dent in the rear. I was supposed to get asap before my international travel. I checked for all the Geico authorized centers and they accommodated my request in fixing it soon.
They not only fixed it completely within their promised time, but were also prompt in providing timely updates. I would definitely visit here in future for any fixtures and strongly recommend for anyone in requirement!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my family, friends or colleagues. They did very good job on fixing the car but someone from their staff stole my sunglasses kept in sunglass holder. They did not have any business to open that and the very bad thing is, they captured my sunglasses in their checking photos but nobody/management made sure it was there after they fixed my car. Bad worker and management.
