My car needed some serious fix; I was expecting a long wait because I dropped off my car right before Thanksgiving. But they got the job done 2 weeks earlier than estimate! The entire process including dealing with insurance etc. was also very clear and easy for me. Highly recommend this place

Mountain View Body Shop helped fix my car after someone hit my vehicle while I was in the grocery store. From start to finish, their communication was clear and frequent, and services rendered were professionally done.
The shop communicates to its customers via text, and alerted me of the ETA of the job along the way. When my car was ready, they gave me a call for pickup as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had detailed my car after fixing the body!
The team here also handled coordination between the responsible party's insurance company and the rental car company, which helped

After having my car one week I was rear ending on my way home from work I was devastated. I took my car to Mountain View body shop and Andrew had my car ready in 3 days. Andrew was very accommodating and efficient with communication and service. Thank you Mountain View body shop!!! You guys are the best. Honest and quality work!!!

This was the second time I had taken a car to MVBS and was repaired with them through my insurance. I would recommend them to others. The communication throughout the repair process and car status update was comforting and I was at ease knowing they were repairing my car. Andrew the Manager was very helpful and understanding. 5 thumbs up!

My car was brought in for body work after it was hit, and the Mountain View Body Shop team did an amazing job making the exterior look like new. They also polished and car and tires which was a bonus I wasn’t expecting. They were transparent with pricing and flexible with pickup times. Highly recommend!

I have used their service twice now, and I liked it. They care about the quality of service and it shows. They have replaced both our front & back fenders and we are happy with their work. We didn't have to go back with any complaints.
They were really responsive during the service. Most importantly, they kept their promise around the time estimate. I have had less than ideal experience on this front with some other body shops in the area.
I recommend them to our friends.

Robert and his crew is the best and way better than any other body shops.
I had a fender bender, and my Pathfinder s front hood had gaps in both side. Robert took a look on it and described a few options with details and prices. I chose the most cost efficient one and when I picked the car up, I was really amazed on the quality of the work. As shown on the picture, it's as good as before and it costed me a minimum.
Also they have an Enterprise rental booth in their shop and it was so convenient.
