I was just turning the corner at La Media and Otay Mesa Road when the car I was driving suddenly stop. Like if I slammed on the brakes. The engine stayed running but the car wouldn’t moved and it was dark out. I couldn’t even move the car by pushing it. Luckily the fire dept 43 was there and after passing by the second time they yelled, “get the car out of the road!” I said I couldn’t budge it. The three firemen got out and helped getting the car moved over. A few minutes later the tow truck arrived. He was so nice and as cold as it was out in Otay Mesa Jose( tow truck driver) told me

Had to have my motorcycle towed today, was told to wait 45 mins to an hr. Cool, i call 20 mins through and they said they still havent sent the driver and to wait another 45 mins. Cool. Waited another half hour and i call again and they said the driver was responding to an accident and i would have to wait another hr. On top of that they charged way more than this other company i found which responded within 20 mins and didnt charge as much as these guys did. 110$ and 20 min wait vs 130$ and over almost 2 hr wait and constant reminders. No thanks.

All I got to say is "WOW!" Jose was prompt, courteous and delivered our F350 Truck to it's destination without any issues. He even took pictures of the truck at the delivery site.
That's above and beyond service. His pricing is very competitive. I will definitely use Cali Kings again for our towing needs.

My car finally gave up on me today in the UTC area. I called around and CaliKings gave me the best quote to get it towed back to my place. They communicated frequently, showed up right when they said they would, checked my battery for me and even told me what the problem was most likely was (consistent with what I had read online with the symptoms). He had to really put in work to make this happen (my parking spot is in an ally, so it was a lot to fit the truck and the bed and turn it into my 90-degree angle spot...he definitely broke a sweat pushing that thing around). very friendly, great service

Jose is sooooooo nice! My car was towed at 8 pm. He knows what he’s doing! Very concerned of my safety and how he can further help me! He even took me to the tire shop to check if they were open. Cali kings towing provided an outstanding service the other day my mom's car had mechanical issues. She called them and they show up really fast, picked up my mom, brought her home and on top of that the owner gave her a really reasonable price! I was pretty impressed what my mom told me about the professionalism and the type of good service she was provided. If i could i would give them more than five stars. Thank you Cali kings!! for rescuing my mom out of that bad situation and in the middle of rush hour!
