Being a comparatively new pharmacy, we have been recognized as the most caring and accommodating to our patients. Hi, my name is Suzen Zachariah, and I would like to introduce myself and my pharmacy to you. After completing my education and obtaining my pharmacist license, I worked at a large chain drug store for 10 years.
We offer prescriptions medications, compounded (custom) medications, and homeopathical treatments. Yes the full circle depending on your needs. We offer vaccinations and we do our best to get you in and out fast. We also carry a full line of high-quality supplements. We apologize but we do not carry the cheap impotent supplements that many chain stores carry.

We are Canadians travelling through Dallas, not able to get the J&J vaccine in Canada. Booked an appointment with Trail Creek Pharmacy, in advance on line. We arrived ahead of our scheduled appointments and were easily accommodated without having to wait. Process was efficient, professional and well streamlined. Highly recommend them. Was only a short drive from the Dallas Fort Worth airport.

Trail Creek is in a league of its own. As soon as you walk in it is different. They call you by your first name. They know your insurance issues, and they "stay after" the insurance issues until they are resolved. Too many pharmacies are "you'll have to call your insurance company," or doctor's office. Not Trail Creek, they are on it immediately and they usually get it done better than expected.

Came here to get my COVID vaccination. I just recently recovered from COVID though and the pharmacist was very honest about how she recommends waiting until at least 3 months after to get the vaccine to not mess with your immunity. I loved the honesty! I guarantee any big name pharmacy would have just stuck me. Amazing place!

During the search for Covid-19 vaccine for an elderly family member, I found Trail Creek Pharmacy as one of the few locations offering the 1 shot J&J. The staff are extremely caring, competent, and went above and beyond in providing the vaccination. I'm very impressed with TCP's operation and staff - highly highly recommend.

I just started using this pharmacy a few months ago due to the proximity to my doctors office. The staff is great and I've never had to drop a prescription off and come back. They typically have my prescription filled and have me on my way in 15 minutes or less. The also have a great selection of CBD products which has helped me immensely. It's an experience that you won't find at a big chain pharmacy. If you are in the HEB area and have to fill a script, check them out.

I can't say Thank You enough. Dealing with the insurance company can be a hassle and very time consuming. I have used just about every big box pharmacy in the local area. My medication was denied the first of the year after taking the medication for years. Usually the pharmacy will notify me and I am left to spend countless hours, phone calls and medical records getting the medication approved. This is, without a doubt, the best pharmacy I've ever gone too. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff, especially Margarita. They will make sure you have your prescription and stay on the doctors office until they okay your refill even if it means calling them repeatedly on your behalf. You definitely won't see that at CVS or Walgreens.

I decided to stop getting all of my meds sent to downtown Dallas (which is where I work) and get them sent somewhere near home. After all the great reviews, I've now sent 3 prescriptions to them. ALL three have never been in stock. So I have asked when they'd be in... They always reply with next day, but it's always 3-4 days. Thankfully nothing was emergent where I needed the meds that second, but don't tell patients/clients it's next day when it's not. I've given a three because the staff is friendly. One thing I love about trail creek pharmacy is the old fashion service with a smile that you get from them. I have never waited longer then 5 min for a script to be filled. I fired Walgreens and CVS, I was tired of lost scripts, wrong scripts, waiting in long lines, waiting 35-40 min on a script. At trail creek they are true professionals that really believe in service and speed. I will never go back to the big pharmacys again. Do yourself a favor and try them out. Who doesn't want great service with great smiles. Trail Creek all the way!!!!!!

We started coming here when we moved to Euless in 2013. The first time I filled a prescription here, they gave me flowers and a card thanking me for choosing a small business, lol! The staff is really nice and professional, but they treat their customers like part of their family. One day a staff member had brought in homemade cookies and they gave me one with my prescription when I came through the drive through. So unexpected and kind! My four year old son loves them because they always have a lollipop for him.
