Natalie, the pharmacist "in charge" hung up on me after being very combative and rude. She accused my healthcare provider and FedEx of dropping the ball on my orders two times in a row. I don't do business with people who blame others for their mistakes and don't care about customers. As another reviewer said, "I am done."

What an amazing pharmacy! If you're tired of the CVS/Walgreens/etc impersonal experience and truly want personal service where they know you by your name, then you need to go to Village Lane. In addition, my dr. office said they had called around and found that VL had the lowest price on my prescription. Village Lane is everything you could want!!
