I wanted to say thanks for the beautiful arrangement your florist sent to my former stepsons funeral up in Columbus yesterday. I live two hours away and was unable to attend his service in person. So I Googled a local florist. And picked you. I can’t say how many countless times I’ve been nervous ordering flowers online. It usually shows up looking nothing close to what was shown on the website, or delivery is a nightmare, or there is just something else wrong. Absolutely exhausted from dealing with these people. I went back and forth with one of the employees to get the order prepared for our small wedding. I had provided the budget which went over but I didn't want to fight about it leading up to the day. We even got so detailed as to the price of a handle to be added to my bouquet, $25. However I was very adamant about the need for the flowers to be delivered at a set time period. A lengthy invoice and contract was created by the floral shop and I signed and paid. Then the day before the wedding I get an email asking me if I could pick the flowers
