The new owner/Steve was very courteous, patience, friendly, and answered all my questions. I am a repeat customer. This shop has a cornucopia of services and the staff appears to be efficient/effective in servicing all of them. I was also appreciated as being a veteran. Someone took the liberty, to steal some of my piping under the car. I took my car to Lakeshore Automotive and they explained exactly what needed to be done and approximately the cost. I am taking my car next week to Lakeshore Automotive, for them to replace/repair as necessary. I strongly recommend Lakeshore Automotive for any type

Id never go here again. I told my mom, daughter and boyfriend all about this place and they had work done. I went in yesterday with my boyfriend to get an oil change and the gentlemen in the front was so rude very unprofessional. He seen my boyfriend that was there also for an inspection. But when i mentioned an oil change he stated he wouldn't be able to do it today. It was far from closing hours. He treated me and my boyfriend totally opposite. I also noticed while i was waiting with my boyfriend and older hispanic dude came in and he was rude to him as well. Im figuring people of color he has

Great experience, originally went for a second opinion on another shops diagnosis. What I got was a friendly, knowledgable explanation of what was going on from the manager, Shiloh, and an estimate hundreds less than the other shop. After approving the work he called with updates when promised and when the work was done and I picked it up it's never ran better. This is the only place my family will bring our vehicles from now on.

I was planning a trip and my tire light was on and brakes were needed. I asked if they could check before my trip. Even though I went in after 1, Steve checked my tires right away. Even though they closed at 5, he also made sure my brakes were done, inspected and oil changed and safe for my upcoming trip. He and Kristina couldn't have been nicer.

They were very prompt in fixing a sudden, somewhat-complex issue with our car, being able to repair it same-day, despite their already heavy workload that day. They were so kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process, and they had very reasonable prices, especially considering what all work / replacement parts were needed to get our car back up and running again!!! We're so glad we got the recommendation to take our car here, & I doubt we will ever go back to use anyone else, even if they aren't as close to our house as some other repair shops. Definitely worth the extra few miles

I am so impressed with this place! I had a loud noise coming from my Dodge ram. I dropped it off and the truck was ready within a couple hours. The shop is clean. The owner is there and so nice. They have a lock box so you can pickup whenever is convenient for you. Even when they are closed. They went above and beyond! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!

The service provided was amazing!! We had scheduled an appointment, but then could not even get our van started. We live down the street from their garage, so they came to our house, got the van turned on and took it into their garage for the repair work. They sent us a text message that the work was completed and our vehicle was ready for pickup. They also provided a quote for some additional work that our van needs done. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy to have found Lakeshore Automotive and plan to continue to use them for any future repairs or maintenance
