Every personal injury case is different. Every client is different. The impact that each client's injuries have upon his or her life is different. We do more than explain the law. Car accidents cases make up the majority of our work for our car accidents attorney. The system favors insurance companies. Most people do not understand fully the applicable coverage and benefits available and, contrary to advertising, insurance companies are not on your side once you have been injured.
When someone is injured in a fall as a result of a slip or trip on someone else's property, the injured person is not automatically entitled to compensation. Insurance companies are quick to suggest that the injured person contributed to his or her own injuries by failing to use reasonable care. The description of the facts and circumstances surrounding your slip/trip and fall can be crucial to the outcome of your case.
Bike accidents are less common than car accidents, but the laws applicable to each are generally the same. One of the challenges in bike accident cases is that there is often a bias against bicyclists.

The professionalism of Att. Dibartolo and his team was beyond what I expected. I was always treated with the highest regard. If you are looking for the best you can find, John DiBartolo is your man. Bottom line? He got our son a great settlement, one he is happy with.
