I recently switched over to State Farm after being with Progressive for home and auto for almost twenty years and Lisa couldn't have made the process any smoother and easier for me! Great customer service and was readily available to answer any questions i had in the following days. I was nervous about switching and because of Lisa the transition was alot smoother than I thought it would be. She went over numerous options that fit my needs. Michelle, Lisa and the entire Osceola office did an amazing job. We recently moved from MN to WI. Getting our insurance set up on our new home and getting all of our other policies moved over to the Osceola office was seamless and easy. I was honestly contemplating switching insurance companies prior to dealing with their office, but this experience has convinced me to stay with State Farm.

Over 10 years ago, I was not with State Farm and I was not pleased. When searching to replace my insurance company, Steward State Farm came out the winner. I have been very pleased about the switch. I have a very broad variety of policies from home to vehicles to toys. Very pleased with rates and even more pleased with the service I've received. Whenever I have questions, they are answered well and answered quickly. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional and offers all the options I need to make the right choices for all my insurance needs. Highly recommend.
