If I can give no star, I will. They are not personal and they don't care. My kid started Invisalign and entire time, I don't even know what the Doctor looks like. My child is a minor, do they really expect that a 15 year old can pay attention to everything Dr. said and follow without parental supervision? The fact is the doctor never bothered to contact the parent to explain everything. Having some office manager to tell me Dr. wants do Invisalign and just having the parent pay. What we are? cash cow? It's horrible experience. You probably get your money worth just go to those smile club.

Dr Choi and her staff are wonderful and professional. I really appreciate all the time and effort she took in helping my daughter fix a tooth that was growing on top of a permanent tooth. We have recommended many friends to her office. She is so knowledgeable and caring.

For minor, mostly cosmetic work, she's good. Expensive, but gets the job done well. My older child who really needed only subtle adjustment did really well. It feeds into the assembly line-like structure of her practice. They are well equipped to handle the simpler jobs, and the assistants are really nice.
For major work, like my younger one needed, this IS NOT the place. I don't know if she doesn't have time to plan because her practice is busy, or if my child's teeth presented too much of a challenge.

I've been seeing Dr. Choi since I was in the 7th grade, and now i'm going off to my second year of college in the fall.
My orthodontist in elementary school was Dr. Ricupito in Fremont, who i would not recommend if you have children, because his assistants and desk staff WILL talk behind your back (more like in front of your face) and give you the rudest customer service you have experienced in your life.
I wanted to mention him because Dr. Choi is the exact opposite. She is one of the most patient and kindest people I have met in my life, and she is absolutely wonderful and reassuring

My experience with Dr. Choi was excellent. She was recommended to me by my dentist. To start off, I had horrible crowding of the teeth in my mouth and Dr. Choi worked with me for 3 years fixing my bite and my smile. She explained to me from the beginning what the process of orthodontic work I would go through. I have zero complaints about the work she did for me. I have a sensitive mouth and was in there a lot for small adjustments and she took great care of me. If you follow her instructions and don't fall off track with her instructions. The process will go smoothly. I am no longer wearing

Our experience with Dr. Choi and her staff has been wonderful. From our first visit there when our daughter was in 2nd grade, until now (she's in 6th grade) we've always been impressed with their professionalism, enthusiasm and friendliness. They put the most fearful patients at ease and everyone leaves with a smile on their face! Two thumbs up!
