When Dr. S. started adding team members, he knew that it was as important that they believed in the same vision as he did and would never compromise clinical care during their career. This has led to what he calls his "Dream Team." With over 50 years of combined orthodontic, dental and smile experience, Dr. Salins feels that he has assembled a team that is unmatched in skill and service, and we treat all of our patients like our own family.
Ceramic braces are made of translucent (clear) material. They are most popular with adult patients, due to their cosmetic appeal. The only drawbacks to ceramic brackets are that they are more fragile, and the elastic ties can discolor between orthodontic visits. Self-ligating braces offer several benefits for patients.
I recommend Dr. Salins whole-heartedly. He has really gone the extra mile for my teeth. I will be getting my braces off very soon, and I am sure I will be pleased with the result. He is an accomplished orthodontist and always makes sure he has done his job to the best of his ability. Before I met Dr. Salins, I never wanted to smile.

I visited Dr. S in 2015 for ceramic braces and they turned out to be stellar! Had them on for 2 years 🤯 and and my teeth and smile has never been any better. Dr. Salins has been my orthodontist for six years now and I wouldn't trust my smile to anyone else. I had braces when I was a teenager (years and years ago) and my teeth had moved considerably over the years. Dr. Salins and team got me on an Invisalign plan and restored my confidence in smiling again. I recently had to get replacement trays for ongoing maintenance and the office was quick to accommodate me. Dr. Salins and team have been my go to ortho for over 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with my smile and the service! The team is incredibly responsive and Dr. Salins has personally responded to my emails, usually same day! Overall, the team is very comprehensive, friendly, trustworthy, and transparent.
The office is always in pristine condition and they definitely have the latest and greatest technology. I've also never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Obviously, no one wants to be in a long term relationship with their ortho, but the team makes it totally doable, maybe sometimes

Dr Salins and his team are amazing! Got my braces off after wearing them for almost a year and a half and I'm happy to say, I'm really happy with the results. His team also really helps you in the beginning with what plan might work better for you, braces or invisilign. Overall, it was a seamless process and I'd definitely recommend Dr. Salins to anyone! I love my smile soo much, before I used to cover my mouth when I laughed or smiled. My teeth were so crooked, some were playing hide & seek hiding behind one another lol. I graduated from wearing braces about five years ago. And during those two years of regular check-ups and adjustments, I always felt like a welcomed patient. When I first met Dr. Salins, he was really friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. His team worked pretty quick and were happy to assist me whenever I had any questions or concerns.

Probably one of the coolest and friendliest offices I've been to. Dr.Salins is an awesome orthodontist and was able to get my teeth perfectly straight within a year and a half with Invisalign. Even when they looked straight enough to me, he still made sure they were perfectly aligned by trying out braces for less than a month. He has fixed my brother's teeth before and is definitely someone my family and I would recommend coming to! I'm so happy with my results and happy that I can fully smile without feeling self-conscious.

It's been 12+ months since I've finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Salins. I had braces as a child, but of course i didn't wear my retainer so here we are ! After my consultation I knew immediately that this is where i wanted to finally get Invisalign. This was mainly due to Dr, Salins and his awesome personality, he is young and witty and it was a breathin fresh air compared to other dentist I've had in the past .

Dr. Salins came highly recommended by my friends in the orthodontics community. My experience did not disappoint. I put off Invisalign for so long, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Dr. Salins and his team were super thoughtful, and helped with a few refinements until everything was looking perfect. At one point I was worried that my "black triangles" from crowding bone-loss would be permanent, but Dr. Salins sanded them down and refined the alignment until they became unnoticeable. Also threw in super nice whitening products. 100% recommended the investment.

This is my first yelp review... ever! I'm finally leaving a review because I want to emphasize how truly amazing Dr.Salins is and what he has done for me. After having braces twice before by another doctor, I decided third times the charm to achieve the smile I wanted (I know.. I know.. wear your retainers peoples!) The point is, I wanted to find a doctor that was going to be my last. Being an adult with braces came with a lot in insecurities this time around. Dr Sheldon and the staff was courteous and professional as well, asking questions to better service their patients. It was far and away the best experience I've ever had. He performed some preliminary checks on my teeth regarding my Invisalign. Then, he started on the process explaining each step of the process.

Two stars because Dr Salins is very kind. Minus the other three stars because after getting my sons x-rays done we ultimately decided to get the braces from an othodontist that was closer to our home since we would be having regular appointments for two years. When I called to have his x-rays and records transferred I was told that there is a $470 fee to transfer records!! That is absurd, the new orthodontist said he only charges $245 for the x-rays in the first place, so now my dilemma is do I give my 12 year old an extra dose of radiation to save $225? This is just bad business.
