Your treatment begins with a focused evaluation, which includes health history and overall health assessment. Please be sure you have all forms completed prior to your first visit. If you haven't had time to complete the forms please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. A physical examination is then conducted to assess your areas of concern and injury.

I had knee replacement January 2020 and was prescribed PT to regain my strength and range of motion. My doctor recommended that I check out Optimum Physical Therapy. I primarily worked with Megan, Sarah, and Emilia my Physical Therapist. All 3 were awesome people, great motivational and caring attitudes, but Emilia was especially kind and helpful. She was thorough and took time to answer all my questions while being concerned about my pain levels. She employed the perfect mix of concern and toughness to keep me on track for a full recovery. In short, I went into Optimum to recover from surgery
