Premier Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is an orthopedic rehabilitation facility in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City, NV that was founded on the principles of Faith, Foundation, and Fellowship. We believe that quality orthopedic rehabilitation is the result of sound education, innovative application, and most importantly, genuine caring.
Before you show up for your first session, please print and fill out the New Patient Information Packet and the New Patient Health Questionnaire. That way we can spend less time filling out paperwork and more time treating you. Also, depending on where the injury is located, please also fill out an area-specific sheet.

My experience at PPT/CC has & was excellent experience. My last session after about a year of therapy on my knee was 1/06/22. I left my first recommendation at different PT program after my first visit because it was not personally my pace. I looked online and read good reviews about Premier PT and gave them a call. As of today I understand why leaving good reviews is essential and why i’am taking the time to write. Premiere is a wonderful place for physical therapy. The environment is welcoming. All the employees are extremely friendly,kind, & caring. Much compassion, mixed with great knowledge, & healing.The vibe is relaxed & fun. They joke with eachother & the patients. So laughter is almost always happening, yet they know how to get down to business at the same time. Its a Perfect balance. I've done therapy here for 2different injuries, so far. Lol.
With fantastic results. This place is fantastic for your body AND your soul.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to receive physical therapy. The two lead therapists are fantastic and there is whole team of people on your side helping you out. The approach is one of highly individualized personalized care and positivity. The therapists tailor a program specifically for each patient, monitoring progress closely and making changes as you progress. The physical therapists and staff are great and very professional. Jacquelyn has helped bring back mobility for injuries and post-surgical recoveries. I am challenged with improving strength and range of motion, which I appreciate in a physical therapist, and look forward to the day I can run again, pain free.

Jacqueline and Austin are experts in their field who listen to and genuinely care about theirTtheir patients' progress. The entire staff are energetic and enthusiastic. And, if you are lucky, you may witness (and/or take part in a dance off) with Stephanie, Dan and/or Austin.
