Slid on some ice and got stuck in some blackberries. My truck was at an angle that made it dangerous to try to drive out myself or have a friend winch me out.
After a bit of a wait (it was very icy this morning so the tow trucks were all busy) Garrett and Brandon from Bob's arrived on scene. They assessed the situation and quickly and methodically got my truck back on the road, while managing to not damage it at all in the process. A lot of tow drivers are kind of jerks, but these two were friendly and professional, and if I were their boss I would definitely pay them more to make sure they stay

Vehicle was in rough shape before I took it in, but still drivable and ok. They said they would call me back when I brought it in to see what I wanted to do with it. Got no call, 2 weeks later they tell me that they already worked on it even though they didn't know what I wanted to do with the vehicle (because I was looking to sell it). I come in to check on how the vehicle was doing in the shop and they tell me I could have them work on it more because it still has other problems, or I could take it home because the price of the bill at that point was already $340. When my truck overheated and broke down, I knew it was either a cooling system failure, or my head gasket had blown. The difference between keeping the truck or selling it. They called (my fingers crossed) and said that it looked like my problem was simply the water pump, and charged $560 to replace it. Then when it was done they called and said the gasket was blown, which costs more than the car to replace. It is a common problem with the model. It causes overheating. It is seen by white smoke from the tailpipe. Even I knew it was a possibility. It SHOULD have been tested for initially. And they

These guys are great!! They have a young tow truck operator named John and he did an outstanding job with safety and overall handling his tow. This was a huge F-350 and saftley and professionally towed it to our location. This company has a great asset with John operating their tow trucks! Nice job John and very impressive for your age and ability to do what you did!! I’m using Bobs auto repair from now on and most of my clients will as well.

I chose them because they have a towing understanding with State Farm. Problem, battery will not stay charged thru the night. Told I needed new battery and could not proceed with testing. I said okay. Ended up replacing battery, alternator, alternator fuse, belt, switch in brake system. Still problem.
Took car to battery exchange, they said alternator not charging battery. I took it back to Bob's. They now say it has a new problem with a safety switch in the gearing system and needed more money.
I've spent over $1000 with them. It is a 2006. They are chasing Butterflies. Will take it to the dealership

Driver 79 picked up my car today and wasn’t wearing a mask. That is incredibly unprofessional and not okay when you work for a business like this. Not only was he not wearing a mask he also towed my car all the way to the destination, when he could’ve just told us it was a battery issue and towing wasn’t necessary, but instead he towed it all the way from Monmouth to Corvallis and charged us for it. This business claims they care about their customers and their safety but still do not wear masks when on the job. I do not recommend this towing service.

Thanks to Jason and dispatch at Bob's Towing. I was locked out of my car and my husband was having eye surgery; I was panicked that I wouldn't be there in time to pick him up which would leave him stranded. Bob's staff answered my call quickly; within five minutes Jason was on site and was able to unlock my door. I was able to reach my husband in time. Very kind and professional. Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend them.
