Nick was an experienced professional and helped us move our medium duty truck that was broken down on the side of the road and got it back to the springs and that too, in no time. It was way down here Penrose on 115 and he got it back to our shop quickly and safely. It was clean and efficient and he got us out of a dangerous situation.

We started with 1 truck and 1 driver and now have over 45 peices of towing equipment and over 30 employees to better serve the people of Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Randy's Towing is at 1205 E. Las Vegas Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Here we have an office and shop for our trucks on 17 acres of land.

I live in Pueblo and had my Honda prelude on storage for 7 years it is I inch off the ground I called Randy's and the tire truck driver was named Dan!! I cannot tell you how knowledgeable this man was and how careful he was with my car! I cannot explain how hard this man worked to have a satisfied customer!!! He is an expert in his field of towing modified low cars!!! When I need another tow I will pay the extra money for this amazing, knowledgeable man!! He truly is an asset to your company, he should be your subject matter expert in towing only low profile cars!!! Yes he deserves a raise

We broke down in our motorhome coming home from vacation. Roadside Assistance couldnt find anyone so we googled who was in the area and gave them the number for Randy's. After some confusion with Roadside Assistance, Randy's was set up for the next morning.
They showed up and the driver found the problem. The shop we were going to use wouldnt have anyone available for several day. Our wrecker driver called around and found us a mobile mechanic that showed up and fixed the problem and got us back on the road.

I am ONLY giving them a 3 star due to the young girl who answers the phones!! She is RUDE!! She is UNPROFESSIONAL and has NO business answering a phone for this business.
I have used Randys towing for 20 yrs when I have needed a 'non' insurance tow.
We used them on a personal tow that included two vehicles, once i was able to get back this young, rude and unprofessional girl, the drivers were professional.
The second tow was to the dealership recently. Once again, the young woman was rude when I contacted them twice about this tow to the dealership. I had called for an update

Horrible company. Call Bob's instead. The receptionist wrote my number down wrong which caused an issue with the driver getting in touch with me. So, because the receptionist screws up, the driver decides to pull the drive train out of my truck(which cost extra) hook up and drive away. So instead of the $150 it would be cost me, it was over $300 and the drive train is still out of my truck. Incompetence is strong with this company.

We will use and recommend Randy's High Country Towing. Not an emergency situation but time restrictive and Randy's kept to a tight schedule. They showed up sooner than planned and offloaded our motorcycle and jeep from the shipping container without any problems and without delaying offload of our household goods. Troy worked efficiently, was a nice guy and easy to work with.

Any company would take advantage of citizens during a state of emergency is not only a disgrace but UnAmerican. They should have been offering to help for littleof nothing as a towing fee to help their state. Instead they charge some outrageous towing rates. God bless America and not Randy's towing. Not to mention on 85-87 about one month ago when I could not get over their employee decides to jump half way out in the driving lane like he had a death wish. How unfair to our community, we had a state emergency and the police told the operators to ONLY move the cars a few feet away. How in the world can you justify this cruel and INHUMANE decision. In case you need the definition of inhumane, { cruel, harsh, callous, brutal, savage }

If you're in a jam within Colorado Springs, these are the guys to call. Seriously. They treat you like an important client. They care for their clients car and the clients safety. The driver of Randys tow truck was called to my property by a delivery driver after his truck was jack knifed at the top of my driveway while attempting to make a delivery to me. Randy tow truck had literally just showed up, and had just backed up to the delivery truck that he was about to start booking up to as I was leaving my home to head to my daughters graduation. I asked the driver of Randys tow truck to move his truck forward so that I could exit my driveway & he refused saying that he would not move. I asked him to let me exit my property and that

I had to rush back from Belize six days early with a medical emergency--bitten by a poisonous animal. On my way to the hospital from the denver airport I had a tire blow out. I called roadside assistance and informed them I was on a busy highway and in an unsafe area. They called this company and when I called to tell him the situation (after he should've been there) he really didn't care that I was ill and alone with a small child. Even though his shop was twenty minutes away, he said to wait another hour. I had to leave my car on the side of the road with a key hoping my roadside assistance

Very, very unhappy with this company. Worked with VRA to get a tow truck out because I had a flat tire. Was told the ETA was 45 minutes to an hour. Then it was increased to an hour and a half.
The wait wasn't a big deal. The company called TEN minutes before the pick up time and said they couldn't make it and the next truck wouldn't be able to pick me up "for a really long time."
All that time I was sitting and waiting I could have been finding another solution.
I will NEVER recommend this company.

Very disappointed with the service we received: Called to schedule an appointment to move a large toolbox the following day. The company called 1 hour and 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to cancel the appointment because they do not like to move toolboxes at night. Why didn't they tell us that when we made the appointment? Timing was a crucial issue, the toolbox needed to be moved, and this left us in a bind.
We received great, insured service from Anthony's Towing, LLC, and will use and recommend them from now on. Unfortunately, this company lost a potential customer

Randy's towing came through on Christmas! My daughter slide off a road in the back of the Broadmoor (a road that should have been closed). Mario arrived within 30 minutes and was very challenged by the road conditions. He handled that truck like a pro and got my daughters car out without causing any further damage. Turned a holiday damper completely around. Oh and they did not take advantage of the timing and were very fair with the price. Thanks so much!!!
