While working as a therapist, he pursued and received his doctorate. For over 18 years, Cary has had the privilege to meet and treat thousands of patients in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Cary served in the Gulf War. He is an avid motocrosser and dedicated soccer dad who lives on the Eastern Shore with his wife and three children.

A truly helpful, caring, and healing experience.

I have never been a fan of Physical Therapy because it never seemed worth going just for 30 minutes and to be told what to do and not really worked with. Well when my Doctor ordered PT again, I really didn't want to go, until a very sweet voice called me to make the appointment, I told her that I wasn't really sure if I was going to do it, she Assured me that if I would just come one time, that I would absolutely Love them, so I went and I did fall in love with Renew PT and the Awesome staff there! They really work up a plan designed just for you by Dr Cary Helton and you have someone working with

Renew Pt has a great staff. They progressed me steadily but not too aggressively. They kept me motivated throughout the entire process, which really made my time there feel well spent. I had a wonderful experience at Renew PT & Wellness! All the staff members that works there are very welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable while you’re there. I love the fact that they greet all their patients by name when they are entering the building. I appreciate all the staff members for helping and taking care of me so I could get better! After MONTHS of CONSTANT PAIN I was lucky enough to find out about RENEW PT & WELLNESS!!! Dr. Cary was able to DIAGNOSE and FIX an issue I was having that big name, multi location, orthopedic/physical therapy clinics in Mobile COULD NOT EVEN IDENTIFY. Dr. Cary and his staff go above and beyond for ALL patients to ensure they leave Renew PT & Wellness satisfied with any treatment and pain-free.
