Lora has nearly 20 years of experience in the auction business and is an Auctioneer and Owner of The Midwest Auctioneers, LLC. As a seasoned agent, Lora grew up in Trenton, Missouri surrounded by a family of real estate agents who provided her with knowledge and instilled in her the passion she has for the real estate business.

I highly recommend Lora Anstine and her team, both for selling my Mom’s house and auctioning her estate. She was professional and sensitive to the fact that my mom had recently passed. She was able to get above appraisal price for the house and held the buyers to their original offer when they later tried to reduce their offer. Regarding the auction it was obvious Lora and Cliff know their antiques. Everything thing ran smooth from the set up of everything to the actual auction itself. When the advertising etc didn’t come to quite what she estimated she gave us a refund without hesitation.

Lora and her team came recommended to us from a friend. She was extremely responsive to calls and texts and was very helpful explaining the process for selling our mother's house. The house sold within two days and for more than the asking price. She also handled the estate auction and everything went well. Even when we had trouble with a wayward neighbor down the road from the house, Lora kept us informed and made suggestions that definitely helped us handle the situation.
