Best flower shop in Tampa! The customer service here is outstanding. I ordered flowers last minute for my mother for Valentine’s Day and she was unhappy with the quality as they wilted quite fast. I reached out to Christine and she immediately had a fresh bouquet re sent that looked absolutely beautiful. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to order flowers for my daughter’s sweet 15 next month. We walked in and just stood there as the lady that was there was busy writing in a notebook paid no mind to us. Customer service sucks here she kept her head in the notebook and very cold. My mother walked out of the store this woman didn’t even bother to pick her head up and look. For all the good reviews this place got they definitely need to brush up on customer service. Will never come here again. Was made to feel like my money was no good here.

I would think working at a flower shop you are a creative person who takes pride and joy in their work. This was visibly not the case with the arrangement we received. We ordered through FTD (we should've known better) looking for a unique and beautiful arrangement. We found one on the website. What we actually got looked like a Michael's project gone bad. Thrown together flowers with tons of filler green leaves. There are many roses in the advertisement, and TWO in the bouquet. There is also a gap in the arrangement like someone just didn't feel like finishing it. I could've

Impeccable Service. I used this local flower shop because it was close to my relatives. I placed two orders for mother's day, one for my sister and one for my mother. I was contacted and told the flowers for my mother's order were not available so I agreed to a designers choice. The order for my mother was incorrectly delivered to sister. My sister received both orders. I also paid more by selecting the better bouquet for the additional price of $84.95 on both orders, but what my relatives received was the basic bouquet. I don't feel I got my money's worth.

Bloomingdays was recommended to me by our wedding coordinator and I’m so glad we decided on them! Christine was great to work with. She was so responsive whenever we had questions, and she totally got my vision, probably even better than I did! She found us the perfect rose color that I didn’t even know existed but fit our color scheme exactly! Went in for a Mother's Day arrangement the day before Mother's Day and was turned away. I have come here before and thought they did a decent job. I asked for a $60 price range for a Mother's Day arrangement and I was told by one employee they didn't have anything and was told by another employee to "look in the cooler". They were open for another 2 hours so I was a little shocked. When I checked out the cooler there were old arrangements and not much to look at. They had a few things that said "Happy Easter" which Easter was 2 weeks ago so that made my decision

I was extremely impressed with the flower arrangement I received yesterday the flowers looked fresh as can be. The person that delivered them was very professional and from what my boyfriend told me the person that placed the order Janet was super helpful and very informative. Overall I was so happy to have received such amazing flowers for Valentines Day. We were recommended to Bloomingdays via the Tampa Wedding Swap FB group. We went and Christine was very receptive to our requests. We were keeping it pretty basic with the flowers. I showed a picture of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and she advised it wouldn't be a problem. Our centerpieces were really basic as well and we provided the vases. The day of the wedding I received a picture of my bouquet and it didn't look at all like what I asked for BUT I wrote back and asked her to fix it and she did. Every flower was absolutely perfect! From my Frida Kahlo inspired headdress to the bouquets to the centerpieces to the boutonnieres to the flowers decorating the cake table Blooming Days did an absolutely outstanding job. Everything looked even more beautiful than I had imagined. Dealing with them was easy and painless. They did an amazing job staying within my budget and still giving me exactly what I wanted. A sweet surprise from my sister, but after closer inspection, noticed unclean water with substantial green sediment and a poorly tied bow. The daisies and sunflowers are healthy on day one. With half the stems barely touching the water, I don't expect this arrangement to last too long without intervention. Although...it's the thought that counts, right?

To all the potential disappointed customers I was asked to call so they could set things right and again I was offered no resolve from Christine V.as before they said I should call FTD themselves who where almost as useless as Christine V. Buyers beware this is the worst !!
I was asked to call Blooming day again on Yelp to resolve my issues again the owner or poor excuse for a manager did not a think to resolve my issue so buyers be warned!! This place is just a poor excuse of a florist !

Do not order from here!!!!' Flowers do not last
My mom received an order from here. Our friends ordered on line from Chicago. The roses drooped the next day. My mother called to complain and they sent a driver with a small glass vase with baby roses in it. Not even a replacement arrangement. When she called again they ended up hanging up on her. She's 70 years old and just lost her husband and didn't want our friends to have had spent their money in vain. I really can't believe the replacement roses and the fact they hung up on her. Never seen anything like it.
