If I could give Ronnen more than 5 stars, I would definitely do so. Ron was recommended to me by a colleague who recently purchase a place. Ron is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to purchase a place and he would guide you in every step of the way. Ron even went above and beyond by helping me finalized my bank/loan paperwork. He was involved in every process. What I really like about him is he’s there for you no matter what. Ronnen is far beyond a "good" realtor. Ronnen is patient, he answered all the questions for a first-time buyer like me. Ronnen is enthusiastic, he replied almost all my messages within 1 hour no matter what day it is and helped me to close my deal within a week! Most importantly, Ronnen is professional, he knows most of the good neighborhood in LA and can give you very useful advice when you need to make some improvements to your apartment. Ronnen proved time and again that he is not your typical real estate agent. For the extended time we worked with Ronnen, it felt as though his first and only priority was us. He always went above and beyond assisting us as if we were his only clients. He was always very conservative with his numbers (whether it is the value of a house or the remodel to bring it up to our standards) to protect our interests. Had a great experience working with Ronnen! He was always available to us, when we needed him. We were 1st time home buyers and had many many questions but he never got irritated. He followed through with every thing we needed. If he didn't know the answer right away, he looked up and got back to us immediately. He never pushed us to make decisions in hurry. Ronnen was an amazing real estate agent. He was able to help me find my dream condo in West LA. He went to view properties with me, advised me on whether it was a good value, and really showed that he cared about my needs. This was my first home purchase and before we even worked together he went over the entire process of buying a new home so that I felt comfortable about what to expect.
