They came to clear brush in area called Red Car Trail in Silverlake area. They are not a company that cares about wildlife. They cut down way more than needed. Plus, the workers left their trash around this little green space an area that alot of wildlife try to survive as so much of their environment has been destroyed by expansion. Many people enjoy walking this little beautiful spot of nature. I picked up multiple beverage containers and granola bar type wrappers, since they have been there.I guess they want the next job to be, come pick up their trash. If you care about nature, dont call them

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
If I could put no stars I would. These guys show up on a Sunday at 8 in the morning making all types of noises. Don't even have the common decency to realize it's a resting day for most people and at that waking up my baby. They don't answer their phone on a Sunday but yet they provide services on this day. Very unprofessional !!

Two front trees located in the curb. One for removal while the other is for trimming. ITS gave us the lowest quote among ten bidders. Though the trees came unto our responsibility, they're considered city property that the city wasn't able to take care of despite our request since 2016. We therefore doesn't want to spend much for them. Aside from the good price, ITS also have very good reviews and the proprietor, Juan, was very easy to work with. He prepared the area a day before the agreed date and arrived on time this morning. They finished the job, cleaned the area and were done within 2 hours

I had a dying apple tree I needed removed before the winter storms. He showed up for the estimate at the time scheduled, provided a reasonable estimate, and then offered to come back that afternoon to do the job. Four guys came back in an hour, with a chipper, and had the tree removed in a couple hours, including grinding the stump. They were careful around some electrical wiring around the tree, and left the place clean. I couldn't ask for more!

Elando and his crew just took off and we are delighted with their work. His bid was very fair, his men were efficient and cleaned up as they went. Work entailed removing some fallen limbs, removing two trees and digging out roots for future concrete work. He even took away a huge cactus for us without additional charges. Highly recommended.
