I've used this company on two occasions. The service guys were on time and completed the work just fine. However, this company advertises same day service, my experience and two occasions this is not true. My suggestion is 1. they need to hire or train someone that answers the phone to be able to answer simple questions of how to program their product. 2. hire someone who is skilled in customer service. On two occasions I needed help with just reprograming the control panel. Hanna had no knowledge regarding this. The first time she said they couldn't get anyone out there for couple of days. The

Had our garage doors put in back in August after we closed on our new home. We were in a hurry to get at least one door repaired. I picked this company based off the reviews I read. They live up to their reputation. GREAT company. We got our quote, had 1 door put in the next day and if there were any changes, they were quick to let us know. The price was reasonable and work was top notch! We love our doors!!

Highly recommend Scott with Same Day Garage doors!! Came out same day with one phone call and the two hour window. He looked at the door, tried it out and knew it was the springs! Installed new springs and new rollers and now operates like butter! Definitely be my first and only call next time as most companies I called would be out in the upcoming weeks or couldn’t do until after their Xmas Break and New Years.
