I was involved in a minor fender bender on the Garden State Parkway in April of 2019. My mechanic in New Providence recommended taking my car over to Jeff at Specialized Auto Craft in Chatham, NJ. My car was missing a passenger side mirror as well as suffering some scratches and scuffing on the passenger side. Upon arriving, Jeff immediately replaced the mirror while I was waiting so I wouldn't get a citation from the police.
I had to get to work so I made an appointment to get the rest of the work done at a later date. I finally had the chance to bring my car in today for the rest of the work

If you are looking for the best, look no further. I just picked up my 2016 Chevy Colorado after someone backed into my passenger door. I can’t believe what a good job they did, and they got it back 4 days ahead of schedule! Jeff and his crew run a tight operation, and while I hope I’m not in need of there services anytime soon, I would go back in a heartbeat.
Bonus note: I have 3 dogs, so my car is usually covered in hair despite hours of vacuuming. When I got it back, I couldn’t find a single hair inside. #win

Workmanship and customer service is top notch. I had to have a bumper replaced after someone backed into me. From beginning to end it was a great experience. In addition to the car being done ahead of schedule, it was also washed and vacuumed when I went to pick it up. Jeff's a really good guy and runs a great operation.
