Our state of the art facility is conveniently located to Route 22, The Garden State Parkway, Route 78, and other major highways. Services
Before you learn about us you have to learn where we came from. Kenny was a mechanic in the building which is now our detail shop and worked next door to a body shop named Emmel's (which is currently our paint shop). In 1982, Emmel retired from the auto body business and decided to sell his building.
Ware a direct repair facility for many insurance companies but not all. Our estimators will walk you through the steps of filing a claim with your insurance company or the other person's insurance carrier. Although we don't rent cars we will make all arrangements for you with the rental companies in the area.
The deductible amount is the amount that you agreed to when you purchased your insurance policy. The deductible is due in full when you pick up your vehicle. If you are not at fault in the accident, we suggest you call the other person's insurance company. We can assist you by explaining how this process works.

He diagnosed my problem in seconds and fixed it in minutes. On the spot. Further, this place looks like you could eat off the floor. I had tore off the bumper to my Acura MDX and brought the car to Union Collision for repair. Mike and Ken were terrific. The customer service was excellent and they were able to fix up my car and give it back to me within 24 hours! The car looks like there was never any damage. Will certainly be using them for any car repairs going forward. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately i scratched up my brother in law's truck. Stopped at union collision to get a idea on repairs. Spoke with mike he took the time to work on the area of the damage and touch it up free of charge so it looked much better before returning the car to my brother in law. The full repair quote was very reasonable but as a small business owner myself i know you can not put a price tag on that level of customer service.

Yesterday I got into a hit and run accident and was left with a dented bumper! I went to the Honda Dealership and a couple other auto body shops to get estimates since I was liable for the damages. I am so thankful to have stumbled up on Union Collison! Literally huge shoutout to Union Collision for fixing my bumper FREE of charge! It looks brand new. Miracle workers! I will definitely be back if my car needs any repairs in the future! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. So if anyone in Jersey is looking for a legit auto body shop hit them up ASAP!

I took my car to Union Collision after someone mistakenly broke my driver's side mirror. Kenny was willing to work with me and gave me a reasonable final quote. I was thankful because, of course, this was an unforeseen expense that I DID not want to pay.

This place is amazing. Friendly awesome crew. I wish I knew his name, older gentleman asked me what happened and I told him I hit a curb at a gas station, he took a look at the damage and he said it'll be ready in about an hour because the guys are out to lunch. He asked one of his mechanics if he can take a quick look at the damage. It took no more that 10 minutes to fix!! I asked the gentleman how much he said don't worry about it it's on the house...I was so thankful. Everyone there was so friendly and most importantly fair and honest I would highly recommend this auto body

WARNING: If dealing with the owners son Mike, get everything in writing. He is dishonorable and dishonest. Worse, when you try to engage in a civil discussion, he goes ballistic - from 1 to 100 in seconds. When I asked why he wouldnt at least listen to my perspective (about work promised - not done and being overcharged) he actually shouted "because I'm right and you're wrong!!!"...then stomped away before turning and having to be held back from attacking me (All 4'8" of him. Haha) by his father and employees.

This was my second experience here and they did not disappoint. I was kept up to date the entire time my car was there. Any delay was only so I could get my car back better than it was before. The staff went above and beyond with the needed repairs and ensured I got the best value. My car was also returned cleaned and everyone in the office is super nice--to even my son who was with me when I picked up the car. Definitely and family friendly vibe here. I hope to not see them again :) but if I ever need repairs, I will be back.

So our little facebook group over in Springfield had some real positive reviews about the folks at Union Collision and I wanted to continue the praise on this platform. This place is such a hidden gem! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Kenny. He spent more than half hour going over all the damage with me and explained everything step by step. He told me what would be the best options for me and gave a an estimate to fix the damages to my car. Though I chose another shop, primarily because it was more closer to my house, I would definitely come back here and recommend this family owned business to everyone.

My car was damaged by hail in 2009 then in 2010, received a deep scratch and indentation in the rear right panel. The hail caused several shallow dings all over the body. After both occasions, I brought my car here for corresponding bodywork.
Bodywork was $44/hour in 2009, then $46/hour in 2010. The total cost of repairs for hail damage was about $3500. My insurance paid for most of it with a $500 deductible. For the deep scratch, I paid about $320 out of pocket.
