Services
Stonehenge of Ogden is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. A CNA at Stonehenge is responsible for the delivery of care to residents who are in need of assistance with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, positioning, and mobility. Come help make Stonehenge of Ogden a "place of healing."

So my sister had a knee replacement at Ogden Regional hospital on Jan. 10, 2022. She called Stonehenge rehab a couple weeks ago so she could get help with rehab for her knee. She was told today Jan. 11, 2022 that there was no bed available for her. My mom called Stonehenge and spoke with Chad. He said he would look into it and call her back. When he called back he said because of COVID of COVID. He also made a comment about my sister's that they don't have the equipment to take care of her. I in my opinion this is discrimination. This facility is amazing. I have been to many around Davis county and in the Weber area and this place stands alone in service and care. This facility is clean, well managed, and has a very friendly staff. The food here is amazingly good and fresh. They go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. I would recommend this skilled nursing facility to everyone.

I had a great experience at Stonehenge. It allowed me the time necessary to heal, improve my endurance, strength and confidence. The food was great, Karen with activities kept me supplied with plenty of Word Search, crossword and Sudoku puzzles to keep my mind sharp, Vanessa with housekeeping and her daughter Chelli kept me entertained. Emily and Amanda in therapy were great at helping me reach my goals despite the difficulty nature of my injury and all the CNAs and nurses were awesome. I felt like I was family. I've been an employed Nurse with Stonehenge for a year now. I love it here. Management is amazing which is almost non-existent at other facilities I've worked with as a nurse. The DON (Director or Nursing) is one of the best I've ever worked with! She is truly genuine, hardworking and cares for our patients. Our Physical therapist, Nurses, CNAs, Dietary staff, and housekeeping are caring, respectful and educated. We all work together to complete patient wellness goals. Stonehenge is a well oiled machine. They have discovered one very important and RARE value and that's keeping the employees happy

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this place is! The nurses are awesome and really seem to care about the people who are here. They are always smiling and ready to help! If you want you’re loved one to really be cared for and not just a number.. this is the place. My loved one has been to other “5” star homes in the past and nothing compares to the kindness and attention that Stonehenge of Ogden has, we will never go anywhere else again.. they make you feel at home. Thank you Stonehenge you really are the place to come and heal !

SO AMAZING!!! After surgery I needed Rehab and they had an opening. Wow! the 5 star rating Is no where near enough. The Therapists are amazing I feel as if I have not only healed physically but emotionally as well and made some quality Friends in the proces. They listen and enjoy their work and truly have your best interests in mind, they care. Now most places cut corners in the Dietary area and that does not happen here you can count on not only edible food but good food. and they can satisfy most reasonable requests. The Nurses are kind and Efficient with for me one notable Sweet Treat! She rocked

I work with Stonehenge as patients’ make their transition home. The discharge process is very smooth and I always have all of the information that I need in a very timely manner. Their building is always extremely clean and the staff has always been very helpful! Multiple times a week, the residents are in the kitchen playing fun games and participating in different activities. It is a great place to work alongside and I would most definitely recommend my family and friends to this facility.

My mother just spent 6 weeks at Stonehenge, and made such amazing progress! It's a lovely facility, and full of wonderful staff. They really make the residents feel at home and comfortable and right at home immediately. Great food choices, and they all were enjoyed by my mother. The dietary staff goes out of their way to accommodate all dietary requirements. The nursing staff are warm and respectful. And the PT & OT people helped my mom get back on her feet & taught her many ways to stay strong & active. We would highly recommend this facility, and will use it again if needed.

I referred a good friend's mom to Stonehenge of Ogden and visited her while my friend was on vacation. Stonehenge was excellent to work with and very attentive to her needs. The facility was very clean and the physical therapy team was very hands on and had her walking in a few days after her car accident. It was nice to report to her son that Stonehenge was taking such good care of his mom while away. I loved the location and discharge was very smooth thanks to the social workers hard work. Great place for anyone looking to rehab!
