Pomarri's Intensive Outpatient Program or Treatment (IOP/IOT) is an effective treatment option designed to provide the same level of intensive treatment services that are typically delivered within an inpatient facility or depression treatment center without the need to live on site or, leave work, family or school.

Our clinic has been testing for drugs and alcohol recovery for Utah county residents since 2013. We are committed to getting you in, out, and back in business.
The day treatment program at Pomarri outpatient services is a great, safe alternative to going in-patient for substance abuse treatment. Because Pomarri has a medical staff that has specialized in substance abuse and mental health, we can safely detox an individual that may be struggling with substance abuse along with any health related issues.

Pomarri will work with you after the baby is born for pain control and completion of subutex taper and continue treatment. Perinatal substance abuse is a public health problem with complex issues and enormous social costs.

Pomarri is an outstanding drug and alcohol treatment facility for a multitude of reasons. They meet the client's exactly where they're at in their recovery and provide the support for them to take baby steps to regain footing and rebuild their lives biologically, socially and psychologically. Medication assisted treatment is a tricky or even tabooish thing in the industry, but I've seen firsthand for myself how it's transformed several individuals lives. Pomari has been in my life for the past two years. I was a client before and now I came back and graduated. They are the most caring and supportive facility I've been to. The staff actually care and ask u what they can do to help you when you are struggling. They go out of their way to show love and support. While I was gone after my relapse two years ago my wife got a call months later actually asking if I was on and alive. I just did iop at Pomarri and I just have to say how impressed and happy I felt there. The staff really cares so much about their clients and what is best for them in their own individual way. The staff at Pomarri is wonderful! The two therapists that I work with are some of the best I've had. The way the CEO Tara has integrated the field of medicine and the field of recovery is absolutely genius. I feel like I am seen and treated as an individual rather than being thrown into the herd. This allows me to work on my individual problems and level of disease as well as being properly medically treated. I am beyond grateful that I have found Pomarri and for the integrated healing that Tara has created!

This place is the best! They actually care and listen. Make a plan that best suits your needs. The therapist and nurses are very professional and empathetic. This is the best place I’ve had group therapy. And on every other Wednesday morning group you do a craft. That’s my favorite. I could go on and on about this place. They are just the absolute best! Pomarri gave me hope they treated me like family they gave me the tools I needed to treat my disease to obtain success they believed in me before I believed in myself. they make you aware of what you're about… to go through is not easy but it's obtainable they're honest and they give you the ability to find yourself your true self before the loss of the mess that you find yourself in.

I love the people. They are always so friendly and great you by name. Helping to provide a welcoming feeling, a place you feel like you belong. After being an addict for so long, not feeling like you belong anywhere. Having a place you belong is a big key to the healing process. I have attended many treatment facilities and none have given me what Pomarri has.
