We're Landmasters Real Estate, currently at the forefront of Texas Hill Country Real Estate. Hill Country Office - The real estate business has always been a part of Mark and Sherrie Virdell's life, in fact, they both grew up in the business. They opened their first office in 1985, Lone Star Land Company, in a historic building in Llano. With emphasis on marketing area ranches, acreage tracts, and homes, the office soon became a leader throughout the Texas Hill Country.
Since its beginning in Sunrise Beach in 1975, Landmasters has been a leader in the real estate market, specializing in homes on Lake LBJ. In 1994, Landmasters Real Estate was purchased by Mark and Sherrie Virdell. In 2005, they purchased Thelma Miller Real Estate in Kingsland, and renamed that office as Landmasters Real Estate - Highland Lakes.

Natalie is a top notch agent that I highly recommend. Shortly after I left her a message I received a reply. I told her what we were basically looking for and she showed us several properties without making us feel rushed or pressured at all. I also had the pleasure to meet her husband and business partner and he was just as friendly and outgoing as his wife. I highly recommend this agency for any real estate dealings in the Burnet/Marble Falls area.

Brenda Schneider was wonderful to work with on the purchase of our home. She was honest and very hard working. She returned our calls and answered all questions promptly. Deborah Peck worked to sell to old homes for us. Both homes came with some land but needed work. Deborah worked relentlessly to find us qualified buyers. She also managed all the repairs required by lenders and coordinated all the property visits with appraisers, buyers and repairman. She knew or found someone to repair all of the issues including roof repair, painting, termite inspection, etc.She especially went above and beyond when the lender demanded inspections the day after the closing! She knew the rules from VA and FHA enough to tell the lender that these inspections were NOT required.

If you list with this company they may keep your property off the market to create a sweetheart deal for themselves. Brenda lied to the appraiser, lied to me, submitted false documents to the appraiser, withheld documents from me, submitted documents to escrow that did not have my signature and I did not agree to. She lied and said she had no contact with the appraiser. This company does not have the parties interest in mind, ever. You will need an attorney if you are trying to buy a property and they have the listing, have the attorney prepare your offer.
