They posted the wrong infor about the land that the house sat on, the property was 1.18ac and they had .057ac the toilet had a towel in it with no water and cracks everywhere, sofits and facias where shot from water, an they say the home is perfect"listed for $375.000 I would not have paid $250,000 electrical and plumbing all in need of repair.hope who ever bought it got a inspection. they said it had a cash offer on it but Did not at all,use another realtor.👎my rating is nothing
