As a side note, just to let you know what kind of people make up Encore, when my photographer could not get there due to the storm, Karen (in the midst of everything else she was doing) started taking photos for us!

I cannot speak more highly of Encore catering - 5 stars is just not enough! Encore catering did our rescheduled wedding in a backyard August 2021 and from the initial email, Sandy was fantastic to work with! She was warm, responsive, provided great recommendations, and was very patient as we made a number of changes! She even came out for a site visit which really made us feel comfortable! The staff came onsite like a well oiled machine and took over the kitchen with German like precision and the food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We did a cocktail style reception and people are still talking about

Encore catered my wedding at liberty hall museum. we used then because they have a partnership with the museum for events.
our sales rep, Cait, was extremely difficult to work with throughout the process.… emails and texts would take days to get an actual response.
the day of our wedding, encore made the day difficult from the moment they started setting up. we requested ivory linens for the round tables, they brought sage green. when my mom brought the mistake to their attention, no one cared.
our maitre d' was nowhere to be found all day until it was time to settle the bill, which was

We first met with Encore more than 2 years ago. Because of COVID we had to reschedule our daughter’s wedding twice. This weekend we held the wedding and our guests raved about the quality and presentation of… our food. Encore had a challenge. Our food was made in their kitchen and prepped and heated on site. Despite this situation, the food was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. We had several “foodies” at the wedding and they were very impressed. The staff were courteous and very focused on meeting, and exceeding, our expectations. Special shout out to site manager

This was the first year I did not cook Thanksgiving dinner! Because of COVID I had lost my sense of smell and taste for a while so cooking wasn’t much of an option. I have used Encore many times to cater a… party, but for a holiday this was a first! Everything from the way it was packaged, directions to heat, food quality, and portion size was amazing! They did an absolutely outstanding job and I will now be using them for many more holidays! Boy does it make cleanup much easier too!! Thank you!

Encore catered my daughters BM. I worked with Susan and she was fabulous to work with. She understood exactly what I wanted and was able to accommodate my requests. She was responsive and made great suggestions. The night of the event Andrea was my hostess and she was amazing as well. She was there when I needed her and made the night run smoothly. The whole staff was great. The food was excellent! I am so happy I decided to use them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. All around great!

The Encore team is amazing. If you are considering catering a large event do not hesitate and book them. First off the food is fantastic, we had 175 people for an indoor/outdoor event and received so many compliments on the food. But we also had a micro-burst storm come through and trash our outdoor set-up / tent where we were supposed to have our cocktail hour 45 minutes before the party was to start. The encore crew moved everything inside, rearranged the main room and had us ready to party as if nothing happened in just 30 minutes. They went above and beyond like helping with things like putting

We have used Encore for our last two holiday parties and absolutely LOVE them! Cait is an amazing event planner and works to make sure you have amazing options for your guests. This year she even recommended some new options so that our repeat guests could try new items... and they were equally as wonderful as the year before. The staff arrived on time and transformed our home with festive holiday decor and our guests could not stop raving about the food and the service. We will be using them again for sure! Thank you!

Encore is absolutely fantastic ~ fantastic food and an outstanding staff! We request catering very often (for our office events) with Encore (more than 3 to 4 times a months) - Food taste very good, presentation is fabulous and the drivers are always on time. Encore's staff makes it so easy to order - they gives fantastic suggestions and are extremely patient. They are efficient, and simply amazing.
