Driver asked when I needed to be picked up, I told him 4 and it’s now 4:30 and he is nowhere to be found! This driver is always on the phone and he’s super loud. I’d love to be able to listen to my music while in the car instead of hearing him screaming at whoever he’s on speaker phone with. Just unprofessional.

It is next to impossible to get ahold of anyone in the company they only have a personal cell phone for dispatch multiple days ive called 10+ times with messages no answer or call back. If your company is giving rides your dispatch should be answering callsincase theirs a problemwith their driver ride or passenger I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE

I work as a social services worker and take quite a few cab rides, I rode with a client today using Joy Transportation. We had Chris and he was AMAZING. The person I was with tends to worry and can ask quite a few questions - sometimes coming off as rude but that's not the intent. Chris was so patient and answered every question she had, even confirming the pick up time which most drivers don't care to do. Definitely asking or Chris next time!!
