Beware!!! A car and I were cut off by one of their drivers on Central and 204th in Ham Lake. I had to slam on my brakes causing the car next to me to go on to the shoulder and me coming within inches of their van number 216. I ruined my tire from skidding so long it made a flat spot on my tire. I immediately called the company to let them know how their driver was driving and asked if they could help with replacement of my tire due to their drivers negligence. I was transferred to several people, got hung up on and told me file a police report, which I did in case I had to go thru my insurance

Very poor with notifying you, cancelling a pick up, and timing. This morning when I got on the van, 9 minutes before my actual pick up time, the guy tells me I shouldn’t stand outside because my “pick up” time is 7:56. Yet all the drivers come way earlier before that. Not to mention the horrible smell in the van, food is everywhere on the floor, there’s even booster seats are there. Seems like they don’t bother to clean up. I also get a new driver every single day with out notification. So terrible communication with customers. Would not recommend to anyone. 👎

Never come on the right time, always come on different times. They act like they can't speak English. They lie when you tell them what time the driver is supposed to come and they say a whole other time. My kid comes to school late sometimes because he comes earlier than a certain time or come later at a certain time. One time we waited for someone and it was a whole other driver, they always seem to switch many drivers and its annoying because some come more later and some come more early and they don't call you to tell you either.
