I went to Muller Subaru for an issue with a key fob, which could not be fixed. The mechanics noticed that the engine was very low, and I did not have time for a complete oil change. The service manager had the mechanics add a quart of oil to ensure I could get to my next appointment and then to a shop for a proper oil change. His concern was for safety, and, to my surprise, he did not charge for either the key issue which could not be fixed or for the quart of oil! I was very impressed with the entire experience and will drive the extra 20 minutes to utilize the service department at Muller Subaru

Purchased a 2022 Outback in December 2021, Mitchell was super helpful when showing the car specs and providing great facts! Had to place an order for the vehicle, Mitchell kept me updated throughout the waiting period. Everyone is very nice! After having my previous vehicle break down and spending weeks visiting other dealerships who were rude or sketchy, I was really pleased by the service and quality at Muller. My salesman Malik was super helpful and kind. He stayed an hour past close to help me out and even helped me drive my rental car to a drop off location after the sale and well after their closing hours. If he did not know the answer to a question I had about the vehicle, he made sure to ask any salesman or mechanic they had on staff to answer the question for me. I've continued to experience a high level of service from this dealership for the past year. I live in the city, but I still come here to get my Outback serviced. Most recently, Javed went above and beyond to correct an issue I was having with my vehicle. I'll continue going to Muller for maintenance on my Outback and will likely use this dealership when I buy my next car.

I want to compliment the Muller service department on the great job they did on my car. After having too many bad experiences to count at the Chicago Subaru service department, I left the city in hopes of finding good help. Tony is a fantastic service advisor and helped me through a major transmission replacement. My Forester is running like new again with 140k miles. The Muller service department was communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond my expectations. Hats off to you, Muller. BUYER BEWARE!- This review is for the auto services provided at this location. My husband has been going here for his CrossTrek services for the last 8 years. We have assumed the services suggested to be fair and accepted them with no question asked. Over a week ago, the service mechanic let my husband know that one of his tires (less than 4 years old) needed to be replaced ASAP during routine air pressure check. Not how I would expect to be treated at a dealership in 2021, 1950 maybe, but not 2021. Arranged for a test drive of 2021 Subaru Crosstreck (Alfredo was awesome!). The test drive was great; it would be a terrific car for my son when he starts driving next year. After we were done, a salesman (Rob Johnson) spent a few minutes telling me how difficult it is to get a new vehicle now, that I should order what I want and wait for it, and shared that they are not negotiating -straight MSRP.

We began the search for our first Subaru about three years ago and we tend to do a lot of research before we step foot into a dealership. About a year ago, we visited several dealerships initially and a terrible experience at a neighboring dealer (not Muller!) caused us to put our search on pause. We reached out to a member of the Muller team who had been very helpful last year and set an appointment. The process was as easy as it could possibly be... we met with the salesperson, test drove a model that fit our needs perfectly, negotiated the price, and were out the door with a new 2021 Outback

Good nice professional service. I had a good experience. No more or less than what I needed. I was pleased and will take my car back here. They didn't try to upsale me. They informed me about how long I have for my brakes and tires before I need to change them. Which was not at this time.

Service was good nice salesman but they only issue is that when I purchase a 2012 wrx they didnt change air filter was super dirty good thing i look and they claim to do oil change on the car but I check it was super dirty. coolant was super low. tire pressure light on they didnt put air in it. It seem like the mechanic didnt know what they was doing. disappointed. other than that the dealer is pretty kool.

Stay VERY far away. Was looking for a 2020 Forester. The internet manager here, Tony Vassa, outright lies to you. He tried to convince me that I would save on taxes buying the car in Highland Park (lake county vs cook county). Problem is in Illinois you pay taxes based on where you register the vehicle, NOT on where you buy it. The reason I know this is because I use to sell cars in DuPage county and had to charge people that came out from Chicago Cook County taxes. I also double checked this with other dealerships. So avoid their outright lies. Even if my car broke down right across the street

I honestly thought I had a great deal when I purchase the vehicle from this location. But not 3 months with the car and it's already shaking and vibrating. I took it to Carx to run a full diagnostics on it. And it showed the spark plug wires was cut and the other wasn't connected. So I call to the dealership and was treated with total disrespect was told that it was my problem not theirs. And was told I would have to pay. So I honestly would've never done business with this dealership if I knew the disrespect was like this

I tried to deal with this dealership and was SO turned off. I wanted a price and was met with "When can you come in!?!?!" Over and over again. I stated that I'd already driven the car and was ready to buy and just looking for the best price. I was told that I'd have to come into the dealership (which is like 50 minutes from my house an I have a toddler...uhm NO." They told me they could beat the quote I had, but wouldn't give me a price over email. Beating the price could mean beating it by $5 which isn't worth me coming out there and I told them that.
