Sarah S. has been my hairstylists for over 10 years. She has worked wonders with her creativity with only knowing the outcome of what I want. First time I went to Killer Hair, I felt welcomed when I first walked in by everybody. I told Sarah I needed a change and I was open to lightening up my hair color, which was dark brown. Not knowing of any new hair trends, I left my hair in her creative and experienced hands and LOVED the outcome of my caramel balayage. I have received many compliments with my hair and looking forward to the upkeep. Thank you Sarah, you are always amazing.

I went to Killer Hair for the first time today and was greeted by smiles and an energetic atmosphere. My stylist was Mona and during my consultation I showed her a picture of a hair color that would have changed the entire color of my hair because I was feeling self conscious about the dull color it had turned and I wanted it gone! Mona was more than willing to proceed with the hair color I chose but she also asked if I was open minded to try something a bit more bold and fun. She showed me a color idea that would blend with my darker roots as my hair grows out and would require low maintenance

HORRIBLE!
Sent my daughter to get highlights- and long story short - Unacceptable treatment, shaming and TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Her hair is FALLING OUT.
I do not recommend this place. Not impressive for a first time client, and they were not open to even listening as to how she wanted her hair.
My daughter is DEVASTATED!

This is why I wish I could rate a 0:
-Got bleach on my arm and wouldn't get me a towel even though I told her it was burning really bad
-yelled at me while the bleach is still burning my arm saying it's my fault (again, skin keeps burning)
-look at the awful technique in the pictures.,. For foils??
-her and another stylist raised their voices at me for no reason other than that I was trying to over communicate what I was wanting since it was my first time there
-yelled at me for crying as response to them yelling at me
-arguing with me for wanting her to wash the bleach out so I could go

This place completely cheated me. I called in and they said $40 and when they finished the hair they charged me $85. I also only asked for 2-3 inches and it definitely looks more like 4 inches. I even explained I was shocked about the change in rate and they did not even care or listen. They did not say upfront that the blow dry was an extra $45, I would have never paid for it. I will never come here again and I advise anybody who wants honest and upfront rates to never come here.

It’s been 2 years, and I’m still mentally, emotionally and physically healing from this haircut and “balayage” job that they refused to refund me anything for because it was quote unquote “satisfactory work” ... I’m terrified of going to hair salons since and have some kind of PTSD from it. Save yourself.

I saw decent reviews for Killer Hair on Yelp, so I made an early morning appointment June 22nd for blonde, natural highlights. I have very light blonde hair already which lifts very well, I have gotten natural blonde highlights many times before with no issue.
I told Mona it normally takes over 2 or 3 hours to get full highlights with my thick, hip length hair. But Mona disagreed and said it shouldn't take that long. Mona completed the foils in my hair in 45min which was extremely alarming. It wasn't until Mona washed my hair and used two or three separate mixes of toner on my hair did I realize
