I’m pretty sure the few great reviews came from friends and family of the business owner because my experience was in line with the afflicted—those who had the poor misfortune of dealing with these amateurs! How is this trash of a business still operating and not on the brink of insolvency!? Don’t fall for their stock photos either. There’s nothing glamorous about them. Look elsewhere. You’re welcome.

I'm a traveling ICU healthcare professional and came to Lyncburg to provide Covid relief at the Centra Lyncburg General hospital. I was staying at an Airbnb because my apartment wouldn't be ready for 2 months. My company ended up moving to me another state where the Covid situation was even more dire. I gave WFLP a 45-day notice that I couldn't take the apartment that was currently being rented out! There were people living in the unit still! WFLP never returned my $600 deposit.They kept it to cover their time for having to re-list

Horrible! They basically stole my security deposit upon move out! I was only given back 1/3 of my deposit. Yet I had the unit cleaned, they charged me for cleaning fees, carpet cleaning fees, but they ripped out carpet to remodel entire unit (I have picture proof) and we're rude when asked about it. I've contacted a lawyer and just waiting on him to have time to get my money back! Not only that none of this was in my lease (cleaning fees though I paid a professional) it was in a move out email. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS! I've contacted a few media outlets as well and will continue

Michelle, the property manager, has always been very helpful and professional. Her and all the staff in the office are always responsive and handle any issue efficiently and quickly. When our apartment building switched property management to WFLP, we were worried. We heard many bad things, but this just show how sometimes it's better to form your own opinion based on your personal experience rather than listen to others. We had a great experience and I have nothing bad to say. They always pick up the phone, or get back to you quickly, their maintenance requests are filled quickly and their maintenance

Saw a very nice apartment on park street I thought would be ideal for me. However my application was denied due to lack of and or bad credit. I have two jobs and am very capable of paying rent. Worst renting experience ever. Tricia presents herself as a caring, involved landlord but will ignore you if anything needs to be done. Over the summer, our A/C unit went out and it was over 85 degrees inside. It took her over 2 f**king months to get a fix. Because just one of my roommates was living there at the time, she didn't think it was necessary. We should have sued but were too busy to do something like that at the time. We received NOTHING in return for the agony my roommate had to endure. Not even an apology. And as a nice going away gift, we were docked $300 from our security
